News - Yemen: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, met , Sunday, with the Deputy Head of the United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement "UNMHA", Daniela Crosslak. During the meeting, they discussed the mission’s activities and future steps in its program, including the meeting between the two parties to the Stockholm Agreement in the near future and the proposal to use Hodeidah airport within the framework of UNMHA operations after its rehabilitation.

He pointed out that the coalition of the US, Saudi, and Emirati aggression intentionally violated the Stockholm Agreement on Hodeidah on a daily basis, pointing to the continued detention of oil derivative ships, in contradiction to the Stockholm Agreement.

He stressed that the path towards achieving peace is known and requires taking courageous and clear confidence-building measures, represented by purely humanitarian measures that are supposed to be without dispute, and in the forefront is the entry of fuel and domestic gas vessels without any hindrances, the reopening of Sana'a airport and the payment of salaries of all state employees.

The deputy head of the United Nations Mission to support the Hodeidah Agreement "UNMHA" stated that the mission continues to perform its duties and is keen on the continuation of the work of the Redeployment Coordination Committee, in accordance with the Stockholm Agreement.
