News - World: The US State Department announced its approval of a $500 million deal between Washington and Riyadh, exposing Baden's false promises to halt arms sales to Saudi Arabia.

A statement issued by the US State Department indicated that the contract includes sending two US officials and 350 employees from contracting companies to Saudi Arabia over a period of two years.

The contract worth half a billion dollars aims to ensure the maintenance of the Saudi fleet of helicopters, especially the attack helicopters (Apache) and (Black Hawk), as well as the future fleet of transport helicopters, (Chinook).

The Military deal confirms that US support for the continuous aggression against Yemen for the past seven years, does not change with the change of the ruling party in the White House and does not depend on false statements that are nothing more than electoral campaigns to attract votes.

The Democratic Party, which criticized Trump's policy in Yemen and the region, proved that there is nothing new in the US policy towards Yemen, and that America's economic interest is the basis and there is no truth to deceptive promises of peace.

This Military deal is the first major military agreement of this kind between the United States and Saudi Arabia since US President Joe Biden took power in his country in January 2021.

It should be noted that US President Joe Biden issued a statement a few months ago in which he announced the cessation of support for military operations in Yemen, including the sale of weapons and equipment, which was exposed as false and not achieved on the ground.
