Sana'a Government Reveals Names of Al-Qaeda Fighting along US-Saudi Aggression

News – Yemen: Sana'a government revealed documents and names of leaders in Al-Qaeda organization, including the name of an expert in modifying snipers and missiles, who fled before the Army and Committees entered the Al-Somaa district, east of Al-Bayda, in central Yemen.

A security source in the Sana'a government said, "Al-Qaeda has transformed the Technical Institute in the district to a den for the manufacturing and storing explosive belts, secret prisons and warehouses for weapons," adding that "the main center of the base at the Technical Institute included a building to receive foreign arrivals and a building designated for meeting the leaders of the organization, and the person responsible for it, Abu Hashem al-Ibi."

The security source indicated that Elmir Mo Hametzyanov is of Russian nationality and his nickname is The Russian Thuban" He is one of the Al-Qaeda militants, and he has a house in the al-Nahr area, and a workshop for modifying weapons was found inside it. The source explained that "the so-called Russian Thuban is an expert in modifying snipers."

Another leader is an individual called Munir Bajali Al-Ahdal playing the role of "The Emir of Al-Qaeda" in Hodeidah, and supervised a number of criminal operations against citizens during his stay there. "His house was used as a shelter for takfiris in 2013," the source said.

 Mukhtar Mohammad Ahmad al-Qaisi, nicknamed Abu Omar al-Qaisi, is also a leader in Al-Qaeda, lives in the Ja'er area in the district, and he is a graduate of Al-Iman University. He established a camp for training on manufacturing explosives and snipers. He also established another camp in Shabwa in the Khoura district of al-Azifa region, and a camp in the Dhi Ashra area located on the border between the provinces of Albaidah and Shabwa.”

The security source said that "the so-called Ahmed Saleh al-Damji was harboring many takfiri elements in his area and he worked for the organization in the field of selling and buying oil, and receiving money transfers from abroad."

The source also said that "Abdullah Ahmed Al-Jaidi, nicknamed Moaz Al-Hadrami, is a leader in Al-Qaeda, and he is the former military official of this organization, and he used his house as a shelter for the takfiris and stored explosives."

The source added that "the so-called Samir Musa Ahmed al-Qaisi, a leader of Al-Qaeda, who specializes in engineering and planting explosives, ran cells that were recently monitored in walled district."

It is noteworthy that local field sources confirmed to Al-Mayadeen on Sunday that the Army Forces and the Committees were able to advance despite the military reinforcements that Hadi forces and the Islah party pushed with air cover from coalition warplanes in the Juba district, in conjunction with the Army and the Popular Committees continuing to impose their siege on Hadi forces, and the organization Al-Qaeda, in the Abdiya district for the fourth consecutive day.
