News - Yemen: The Ministry of Human Rights condemned the heinous “crime” committed by the US-Saudi aggression against civilians in the Libby neighborhood of Sana’a, which led to the death and injury of dozens.

It reiterated that the crimes and massacres committed by the aggression against the Yemeni people were committed by the US administration orders, with US weapons and international complicity.

The ministry called on humanitarian and human rights organizations, and free people in the world, to raise their voice and reject the US support and backing for the countries of aggression that commit war crimes against civilians in Yemen.

The Ministry of Public Health and Population also condemned the crime of bombing residential homes by the US-Saudi aggression coalition.

It considered the crime as insistence on killing civilians by bombing the civilians a in conjunction with paralyzing the health sector by preventing the entry of fuel tankers.

US-Saudi warplanes launched air raids on residential area in the capital, Sana’a, on Monday evening, leaving at least 14 citizens dead and 11 others injured, including women and children.

Almasirah Net correspondent said search for survivors under the rubble of the targeted house continued in the Libby neighborhood, where five other residential houses were also damaged in the airstrikes.

The US-Saudi aggression continues to target neighborhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure and capabilities of the country, in light of a suspicious international silence.

Saudi Arabia, backed by the United States and regional allies, launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the claim of bringing the government of former Yemeni president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi back to power.

The war has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead, and displaced millions more. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases there.
