Governmental, Public Bodies Congratulate Operation Yemen Hurricane II on Saudi, Emirati Depths

News - Yemen: Governmental and public bodies have congratulated the great Yemeni people and all the free people of the nation for the success of Operation Yemen Hurricane II (E'sar Al-Yemen 2), which accurately targeted the Saudi and Emirati depths as a response to their crimes, massacres, and targeting of the Yemeni people.

The Supreme Political Council, in a statement issued on Tuesday, congratulated the Army, the Popular Committees, the Rocketry Force and the Air Force for this achievement, which is victorious for the Yemeni people.

In its statement, the council called on the Army to redouble efforts towards focused and qualitative operations as a deterrent to the aggressors against Yemen, whoever they are.

"These messages are only the tip of the iceberg from the Yemeni strategic hurricane that is destroying all the American and Zionist plots that are messing with Yemen," the statement reads.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Judicial Council, in its meeting, on Monday, headed by the head of the Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakil, welcomed the operation. The Council considered this operation a legitimate response to the escalation of aggression against the Yemeni people, denouncing the recent position of the so-called Arab League, which reflects the moral downfall of this entity.

For its part, the Presidency of the Parliament indicated in a statement that these operations come within the framework of the right of legitimate response to an enemy that continues to commit massacres and war crimes against the Yemeni people, its structure and capabilities for seven years.

The Parliament said the last aggression’s war crimes were targeting the reserve prison in Sa’adah, the communications building in Hodeidah and the Libyan neighborhood in Sana’a which resulted in the death and injury of hundreds of civilians.

It pointed out that the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression sought, by targeting the Yemen International Gateway for the Internet, to isolate Yemen from the world and to cover up its massacres and full-fledged war crimes.

The Parliament expressed its strong condemnation of the silence and inaction of the international community and its dependence on Gulf money. It denounced the biased positions of the regimes calculated on the Arab people, whose voices rose by condemning the victim and filled the world with uproar for the legitimate Yemeni retaliatory attacks on the countries of aggression, but defended the killers of children and women who target Yemen with all kinds of internationally prohibited weapons.

The Joint Meeting Parties, in its part, said in a statement that this strategic operation, which came about a week after the previous one, confirms that the UAE state will not be safe.

“Its losses will be great in the short term, as long as it continues its aggression and crimes against the Yemeni people,” it added.

The statement also condemned the crimes committed by the aggression in the Libyan neighborhood in Sana’a, the communications building in Hodeidah, and the reserve prison in Sa’adah, which claimed hundreds of martyrs and wounded.

The Joint Parties reiterated that those who seek Yemeni blood will not be safe after today, noting that the Rocketry Force and the Air Force will prove in the coming days that the orgy of the forces of aggression will rebound on them in a way that is not taken into account.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE, backed by the United States and regional allies, launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former Yemeni president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi back to power.

The UAE has recently escalated its aggression against Yemen, by waging airstrikes against various regions across Yemen and sending forces under its command, which it calls the Giants Brigades, formed from Salafist, Takfiri and Daesh groups, to attack the districts of Shabwa Governorate. It has also escalated its aggression by transferring weapons and military equipment to militias affiliated with the aggression through Yemeni territorial waters.

The spokesman for Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e stated at a press conference in the capital Sana’a on Monday that Yemeni Army had hit al- Dhafra Air Base, located approximately 32 kilometers (20 miles) south of Abu Dhabi, as well as other designated sites on the outskirts of the Emirati capital with barrages of Zulfiqar ballistic missiles during Operation Yemen Hurricane II (E'sar Al-Yemen 2).

Sare'e noted that important targets in Dubai were struck with indigenous long-endurance Sammad-3 unmanned aerial vehicles.

The senior military official went on to say that Yemeni Armed Forces also used squadrons of Sammad-1 and Qasef-2K combat drones to hit a number of military camps in the Sharurah town of Saudi Arabia’s southern region of Najran.

“Additionally, a number of vital targets and strategic sites in [the kingdom’s] Jizan and ‘Asir regions were targeted with several ballistic missiles,” Sare'e said, emphasizing that the designated locations were hit with high precision.

“Yemeni Armed Forces are fully prepared to ramp up their operations in case the enemy raises the ante,” he warned, adding, “We renew our advice to foreign companies and investors in the UAE to leave the country as it has become unsafe.”

“The UAE will be constantly targeted as long as it continues its aggression and siege against the Yemeni nation,” the spokesman for Yemeni Armed Forces asserted.
