UN Collected Grants of Over 15 Billion Dollars for Yemen, While Yemen Is About to Famine

Yemen: Just like hell.. Is there more.. The UN harvests donor money under the banner of the humanitarian response in Yemen! While Yemen and the Yemenis are heading for the worst since the UN set foot on Yemen.

Under the banner of humanitarian response, Sweden and Switzerland are hosting at the end of this month a conference for so-called donors, with the aim of raising more than 4 billion dollars, to cover what the UN describes as humanitarian needs, warning of catastrophic consequences if aid falls short, according to the UN Secretary-General Anthony Guterres.

The UN sets false goals such as preventing deaths, reducing the risks of protection and response, while the main goal is to exploit in the suffering of the Yemeni People, and this explains its keenness to perpetuate the aggression and siege in one way or another, in order to preserve the management of the donor cow (Saudi A.), and milk it continuously and in the name of the humanitarian issue in Yemen.

With much suspicion and many questions, many Yemenis look at the upcoming donors' conference on the 27th of this month, in Sweden and Switzerland, like their experience with a number of similar conferences before and after the aggression and siege on Yemen.

Over 15.35 billion US dollars were collected by the UN, from 2015 to 2023, in addition to more than 11 billion US dollars during the years 2006 and 2012.

By dividing the total aid during the war years, the output for each year is 2 billion, 247 million riyals, that is sufficient to the annual salary bill for all employees, and it exceeds the annual salaries by 347 million dollars. This is in addition to the looted oil and gas, which has reached 10 billion US dollars since 2018.

In front of these astronomical numbers, the humanitarian catastrophe continues, a catastrophe that the UN and the countries of aggression contribute to deepening year after year.

Rather than investing and trading in the suffering of the Yemenis, it would have been better for them and the countries of aggression to press towards ending the causes of the crisis, and preventing those responsible for it, by completely lifting the blockade on Yemen's airports and ports, and enabling the Yemenis to benefit from their oil, gas and fish resources and wealth instead of plundering and tampering with them by the countries of aggression and mercenaries.

These are demands raised by the Yemeni negotiator and considered them preliminary and a necessity for a solution and alleviating the impact of the humanitarian catastrophe, but the Quartet of Aggression, led by the US, along with the UN and the Security Council, considered that the Yemenis' entitlements are impossible demands, and they insisted and are still insisting on subjecting these issues to negotiations, however he Yemeni negotiator is determined to meet his demands refusing to militarize humanitarian issues, and requiring solving them as a priority before any other issue.
