Two Palestinians Succumb to Wounds from Israeli Gunfire in West Bank
News - Middle East: A Palestinian teenager has succumbed to the injuries he had suffered during a raid by Israeli military forces on a refugee camp in the northeastern part of the West Bank, amid escalating tensions across the occupied territories.
According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, 17-year-old Mahmoud Majed Mohammad al-Ayedi died on Tuesday after being taken shot in the head by Israeli troops during a raid on al-Far'a refugee camp, located four kilometers (2.4 miles) southwest of Tubas city earlier in the day, Palestine’s official Wafa news agency reported.
The ministry further noted that the occupying regime forces stormed the camp and surrounded a house, triggering violent confrontations with the residents.
Ayedi was critically wounded during the clashes and was rushed to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, it added.
