Yemen: No one cares anymore about whether the “pro-aggression government” knows or not about the course of the ongoing talks between Sana’a and Riyadh, which prompted the head of the Saudi- UAE Council of Agents”, Rashad al-Alimi, to admit that his government does not know.

It seems that Al-Alimi and his government acknowledge that they are not a party to any decision, whether war or peace, and that the presence of Riyadh in negotiations invalidates any talk of the alleged “legitimacy”, which the people of Yemen were killed and suffered from. This matter brings to mind the absurdity of the war in the name of “returning power to former president Hadi,” which no one cared about in Yemen.

Al-Alimi made it clear during his statements in the German city of Munich last Saturday that he does not know the details of the current talks between Sanaa and Riyadh, saying only that he is “informed” that does not exceed the knowledge of the general public. 

Al-Alimi indicates through his statement that he will only sign the terms of the agreement in the end, without having the right to discuss the details.

According to political analysts, this will not prevent Al-Alimi and the rest of the US-Saudi mercenaries, from issuing statements without shame against the Sana'a government, which raises questions about whether Al-Alimi is playing a specific role intended to maintain preparations for military escalation in Yemen, by relying on other, larger powers from Saudi Arabia?

The hostile American positions towards the ongoing talks between Sana’a and Riyadh show that Washington may work to exempt Riyadh from continuing the war by allowing the Saudi regime to search for a settlement with Sana’a to extricate the Kingdom from the furnace of war that Riyadh has chosen. 

However, this does not mean that Washington decided to end the war on Yemen. Especially since the leaks indicate that Riyadh is engaged in the talks unilaterally, without the consent of Abu Dhabi and the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, the “Islah Party.”

On the other hand, Sayyed Abdulmalik confirmed that Sana’a is seeking to give the mediator a sufficient chance, which may be the last for the countries involved in aggression. They must take it before it is too late. Its key is the humanitarian aspect first.

"We cannot waste this priority at the expense of any other priority. Therefore, when we give a certain time in favor of Omani efforts and mediation, this does not mean that we will continue indefinitely as long as the blockade continues," he confirmed.
