Ambassador Al-Dailami noted that the Iranian leadership confirmed that the Yemen's issue is specific to Sana'a and the revolutionary leadership tells all those who want to discuss this matter that the decision is in Sana'a.

He stressed that the negotiating horizon is to start the humanitarian path that leads to the exit of foreign forces, reconstruction and compensation due to people of Yemen.

For its part, Sana’a requires granting the humanitarian aspect, which includes the salaries of state employees, and lifting the blockade on Yemen’s ports and airports as a priority, stressing that the humanitarian issue is the key to the peace process in Yemen.
