News - Yemen: The Parliament affirmed the steadfastness of Yemen's position in supporting the Palestinian cause.

In a statement, the parliament reaffirmed the solidarity of Yemenis and their support for the Palestinians in confronting the Zionist entity and its violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque and its attacks on worshipers.

It praised the huge rallies of the Yemeni people in the International Quds Day that took place in the capital, Sana'a, and other governorates, to emphasize that the Palestine is the central issue of the Islamic Nation, and to denounce the crimes committed by the Zionist enemy forces and settlers against the Palestinian people.

The statement stressed that the marches in Yemen and the capitals of the Resistance countries reflect the positions of the sons of the Arab and Islamic nation in supporting Palestinians, considering marches as a popular referendum on rejecting all forms of normalization with Zionist entity.

The statement praised the heroic stances of the Resistance of Palestinians in the face of Zionist arrogance and the attempts of the occupation forces and herds of settlers to storm and desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque.

It denounced the silence of the regimes of normalization with the Zionist entity, which escalated its attacks and violations of Islamic sanctities after the normalizers rushed, as a result of their disavowal of support for the central cause of the nation.

The Parliament called on the heads of Arab and Islamic parliaments and their peoples, and all free people in the world, to reject and criminalize all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity, to show solidarity with the Palestinians and to activate the boycott role.

The statement held the international community, the Security Council and the United Nations responsible for the consequences of the repercussions of attacks that provoked the feelings of Muslims in the world.

On Friday, millions of Yemeni People participated in the huge rallies, in the capital, Sana'a, and in dozens of squares in 14 other governorates, to commemorate the International Quds Day. 

Participants in the rallies carried Yemeni flags, Palestinian flags, slogans of freedom, and banners of International Quds Day, calling for its liberation from the filth of the Zionist occupation, and rejecting the enemy's crimes against the Palestinian people. 

They affirmed their support to the Palestinian cause, adhering to the line of jihad to liberate the holy sites, calling on Arab governments and peoples to move to liberate Al-Aqsa, condemning the normalization of some Arab regimes with the enemy entity. 

The leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi called in his speech, on the eve of International Al-Quds Day, for participating in the rallies in supporting the Palestine cause.
 
The leader also confirmed the importance of the economic boycotts of the US, Israeli goods, stressing, "We must be an economically productive nation that boycotts the goods of its enemies," adding, "We must continue to develop our strength in all fields, foremost of which is military force".

Earlier on the day, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi affirmed that Al-Quds Day is a day of general mobilization for Muslims, and a reminder of the responsibility to adhere to the right stance and confront the Zionist Jews.

The Leader confirmed that Al-Quds Day is important so that the feelings of jihad and rejection of Israel remain alive in the hearts of Muslims, and for the sake of the awakening of the Islamic peoples.

He added that Imam Khomeini declared International Quds Day in order to keep the issue of Palestine alive in the hearts of Muslims.

He explained that Quds Day contributes to the people's search for the right vision to reach the inevitable result in the divine promise to achieve a decisive victory.

Confirming the Yemeni People’s position in supporting Palestine, Sayyed Abdulmalik said: “ Yemeni People, based on their faith identity, adhere to their position and are present in all occasions to express their position.”

He added: “Our people did not abandon their position on the side of the Palestinian people, despite the US-Saudi aggression.”
