News - Yemen: The forces of the Third Military Region and Al-Hassm Brigades carried out a military maneuver in the Serwah district of Marib Governorate, under the title Eid Al-Ghadir(Walayat Day).

The military maneuver reflected the advanced level reached by the Yemeni armed forces in terms of capabilities and high combat skills in waging battles against occupiers.

In warning messages, the maneuver affirmed that the Armed Forces are ready to carry out any military operations required by the stage in confronting the US-Saudi aggression.

The military a few months ago carried out in conjunction with the entry into the ninth year of steadfastness in the face of aggression a wargame that simulated the attack on a group of targets with a variety of terrains, including mountainous and desert.

All military units including the infantry forces, commanders, units graduating from military schools participated in the maneuver that took place between the units, in coordination with military communications, and the provision of combat support services for all disciplines.

The Armed Forces maneuver was carried out from several main and subsidiary directions, simulating the storming of multiple mountainous sites and targets from open areas in multiple stages and different military formats.

The forces participating in the maneuver were able to control all the targets set, assuming the presence of military and hostile air forces, targeting the fighters, and taking into account the presence of strong resistance from the enemy.

The forces were able to control those targets with a hostile field simulation that was bypassed with new methods and tactics. It was also devised as a result of the correct evaluation of the experiences of previous events, expecting future events, evaluating previous imbalances and mistakes, and benefiting from the accumulation of military experiences, skills and plans.

This maneuver comes after several warnings from Sana'a to the countries involved in aggression not to procrastinate in achieving peace in Yemen.

With the recent Saudi negotiation with Sana’a, Washington is working to thwart any Saudi turn towards a solution, even partially, it is seeking to impose its dictates on Riyadh before any understandings, so that the political track does not deviate from the US track

President Mahdi Al-Mashat has warned that the US and UK are seeking to push for escalation, stressing that the whole world would be affected if the US-Saudi aggression backed against Yemen.

He stressed that the US and UK are the ones who put obstacles in the way of all attempts to bring peace to Yemen.

He pointed out that whenever there is any understanding between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, the US rushes to send its envoy to the region, and all efforts fail.

"The US role in the aggression and siege on Yemen and the thwarting of peace efforts confirms that it is behind all its suffering, and that it always seeks to continue the war, fighting any efforts for peace," president Al-Mashat said.

"We are ready for peace or war, and the US-Saudi aggression chooses the path it wants, as we are in the position of legitimate defense of our country, our freedom and our independence,” he said.
