Ministry of Interior Thwarts Criminal Scheme Run by UAE Intelligence News - Yemen: The Ministry of Interior spokesman, Brigadier General Abdul Khaleq Al-Ejri, revealed the details of thwarting a criminal scheme run by the Emirati intelligence.

Brigadier General Al-Ejri stated that the security services monitored the movements of criminal individuals who were recruited in Sana’a and other governorates.

Shazbi Muhammad, who lives in the occupied governorate, Marib,  linked the individuals he recruited to one of the officers from the Emirati intelligence agency.

He pointed out that, based on intelligence and in coordination between the Ministry of Interior and the Security and Intelligence Service, the security service followed up and identified all individuals of the criminal cell to arrest all of them.

"The security services were able, thanks to God, to thwart the intelligence plans of the countries of aggression against our beloved country. They arrested the individuals of the criminal cell present in the free governorates, and seized the explosive materials sent by the UAE intelligence agency before it could achieve its malicious goal in destabilizing security and stability, and disturbing the public tranquility,” he explained.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Interior confirmed that the security services are still following up on the case's procedures until everyone involved in treason and criminal acts is brought to justice.

He stressed that the capital, Sana'a, and the free provinces live in safety and security, thanks to God, the efforts of security men, and the role of honorable citizens.
