News – Middle East: Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalili, the Grand Mufti of Oman, affirmed the resolute stance of Yemeni Muslim brothers in countering the Zionist enemy.

"As the Zionist entity falters and the coalition of oppression and injustice trembles, the Yemeni Muslim brotherly people have displayed their resilience remarkably. The remnants of oppressive factions seek ways to deter them from this courageous stance," Sheikh Al Khalili emphasized in a statement shared on his X account on Saturday evening. "It has become imperative for this people, who are closely observed and greatly relied upon for championing the truth, to bridge past differences and mend divisions."

The statement highlighted, "The Yemeni people stand out among Arab and Islamic communities for their large numbers, abundant resources, and unwavering courage to defend truth against ignorance or aggression-driven conspiracies. Their proximity to the battlefield between truth and falsehood grants them the capacity to counter the enemy from their blessed land."

Sheikh Al Khalili quoted verses from the Holy Quran for the Yemeni people to uphold, he concluded, "May Allah guide your intentions, fortify your determination, and empower you as a means to confront the enemy. Indeed, He holds power over all things."

The Yemeni support for Palestine's struggle against the Israeli occupation has been openly declared since the regime initiated a devastating war on Gaza on October 7.

Yemen's Armed Forces have warned that they will target all the vessels that would use the country's territorial waters in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea to reach Israeli ports.

Yemeni army says it will continue its operations as long as the Israeli regime keeps up its all-out onslaught on the besieged Gaza Strip.

Reports indicate that Israeli shipping companies have chosen to redirect their vessels, fearing attacks from Yemeni forces.

Yemeni forces have initiated missile and drone attacks on targets within the Israeli-occupied territories of Palestine following the occupying regime's aggression in Gaza.

Furthermore, nearly every Friday, thousands of Yemenis mobilize across the country, demonstrating their solidarity with Palestinians amidst the unrelenting Israeli airstrikes and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip. They advocate for a lasting ceasefire in the besieged coastal region.
