News - World: The Yemeni community, in collaboration with the Palestine Liberation Organization and numerous civil society organizations and solidarity groups from the American people, organized a protest in New York, USA, to condemn the US-Israeli aggression on Gaza and Yemen.

Protesters faced repression from the US police after demanding accountability from the Biden administration and an end to the US-Israeli aggression against innocent Palestinians.

Activists on social media circulated videos of the police assaulting participants in the march.

The protest included speeches and slogans advocating for the freedom of the Palestinian people and a strong rejection of the ongoing violence against the people of Gaza and their supporters.

Demonstrators displayed Yemeni and Palestinian flags and held banners calling for an end to the Israeli occupation and a halt to the aggression against Yemen.

Yahya Al-Kabsi, the advisor to the Yemeni community in New York, emphasized that the protest in the streets of New York condemned US support for civilian casualties in Gaza and denounced the US-UK aggression against Yemen.

Protesters condemned the US-British aggression on Yemen and highlighted the daily violations carried out by the Zionist occupation with US support, which is a clear violation of international law.

They also denounced American support for the occupation's crimes against the people of Palestine and called for holding President Biden accountable for his backing of the Zionist entity.

Yemenis have openly declared their support for Palestine's struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime initiated a relentless military campaign against Gaza in early October. 

The Armed Forces have also launched attacks on ships linked to Israel sailing off Yemeni ports. On November 19, they boarded and seized a ship believed to be connected to the regime in Tel Aviv.

More than 26,000 people have been killed in Gaza since the Israeli regime initiated its attacks on October 7, the day when the Palestinian resistance group Hamas carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the Israelis.
