Former British Official Astonished at Yemeni Protests Supporting Gaza

News - Yemen: The popular and official demonstrations in the capital, Sana’a, and the rest of the Yemeni provinces have gained widespread attention among Arab and Western circles interested in the Palestinian cause.

Former leader of the British Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, expressed his amazement at the size of the Yemeni crowds that marched last Friday in support of Gaza and opposition to the US-led coalition.

In an interview with a British channel on Saturday, Corbyn pointed out that the West distorts the image in front of the world opinion and does not want anyone to know that millions of people are angry with the policies of the United States and the Zionist entity and their crimes.

Corbyn’s remarks came at a time when the Yemeni people continue their continuous protests in the capital, Sana’a, and the provinces in support of Gaza and the Islamic resistance movements in Palestine, and in support of the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in the Red Sea to pressure the Zionist enemy to lift its blockade and cease its crimes against the people of Gaza.
