Decades-Long Conspiracy Unveiled: Sabotage of Yemen's Agriculture Exposed

News - Yemen: In shocking revelations, members of an American-Israeli spy network have exposed sinister plots spanning decades, targeting Yemen's agricultural sector.

Confessions detail malicious methods employed, including distributing pest-infected seeds, contaminating fertile soil, and infiltrating agricultural research.

CIA-linked members confessed to orchestrating these actions, with involvement from British and Dutch embassies.

Key actors like the US Department of Agriculture and the FAO were implicated, with USAID's pivotal role dating back to the late 1980s.

Local USAID operatives outside Yemen continue gathering intel, obstructing advancements in agricultural practices.

A Seed Center for Seed Inspection facilitated the entry of inferior seeds, some infected with pests, while spiny weeds were spread instead of vegetable seeds.

USAID targeted fertile soil with contaminated seeds, aiming to render it unsuitable for cultivation, alongside spreading scale insects to hinder wheat production.

Confessions reveal British projects aiding in reducing wheat cultivation, distributing hybrid seeds with high toxicity.

Amer al-Aghbari, one of the spy netwerk members, admitted to traveling to the United States, meeting with USAID officials, and learning about a program to propagate scale insects to hinder wheat cultivation in Yemen.

Upon returning, al-Aghbari confessed to spreading scale insect-infested seedlings in northeastern and central governorates, and importing thousands of citrus seedlings infected with insects from America under the guise of expanding citrus cultivation.

"We spread scale insects to damage fruit leaves and reduce production levels, with approval from some Ministry of Agriculture specialists," he said.

"We established nurseries to transmit diseases across provinces. The US agency imported highly toxic pesticides and distributed them in targeted provinces," al-Aghbari revealed.

Spy Shayef al-Hamdani confirmed USAID's role in spreading epidemics among agricultural crops under the pretext of pest control.

USAID's interventions were carried out through implementing partners, including international organizations, spreading epidemics in specific crops under the guise of controlling pests.

USAID played a pivotal role in executing these plans through its operatives both within and outside Yemen.

On Monday, Yemeni Security Forces announced they dismantled a significant espionage network working for the United States and Israel, involved in espionage and sabotage activities across various state institutions for decades.

According to a statement from the Security Forces, the network was directly linked to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and obtained susceptible information about various aspects of life in Yemen, including military, security, economic, agricultural, health, and educational fields.
