News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces announced, Friday, that they have carried out four significant military operations targeting American and Israeli ships in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.

The statement added that the second operation targeted the American ship (Delonix) in the Red Sea with several ballistic missiles, hitting it directly.

The third operation targeted the (Johannes Maersk) ship belonging to the Maersk Company in the Mediterranean Sea, which is one of the most supportive companies of the Zionist entity and the most violative of the ban on entering the ports of occupied Palestine.

The fourth operation targeted the ship (Ioannis) in the Red Sea with several unmanned boats for violating the ban.

The Armed Forces confirmed that these operations are a legitimate response to the continuous American-Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and that the operations will continue everywhere until the aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people is lifted.

Earlier, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced, Thursday, the implementation of two military operations. The first targeted a vital target in Haifa, and the second targeted a ship in the Red Sea.

The Armed Forces statement said that the first operation was carried out in cooperation with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, and targeted a "vital target in Haifa" with cruise missiles, and achieved its objectives successfully.

The statement added that the second operation targeted a ship called "SEAJOY" in the Red Sea, as the owning company violated the ban entry into the occupied Palestinian ports.

The statement explained that the operation was carried out jointly by the Air Force, the Rocketry Force and the Naval Forces, using unmanned boats, several missiles and drones.

The statement confirmed that the operation resulted in the direct and accurate targeting of the ship.

The statement stressed that the Yemeni Armed Forces continue to carry out their joint operations with the Iraqi Resistance, and implement what was stated in the previous statements regarding Israeli ships or those related to the enemy or belonging to companies dealing with it.

The Yemeni Armed Forces warned that the targeting of ships will not stop until the aggression is stopped and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.

The Armed Forces and the Iraqi fighters have been staging numerous anti-Israeli strikes, either separately or in cooperation with one another, since last October, when the Israeli regime began a genocidal war against the Gaza Strip.

Around 37,700 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have died as a result of the war that began following a retaliatory operation carried out by Gaza’s resistance groups.

The Iraqi Resistance’s anti-Israeli strikes have been mainly aimed at targets lying across the occupied territories.

The Yemeni forces have, however, expanded their strikes to include vessels that head towards the ports of those territories.
