Supreme Political Council Lauds Espionage Network Dismantling, Reaffirms Support for Palestine

News – Yemen: The Supreme Political Council praised the security agencies for dismantling the US-Israeli espionage network, hailing this significant security achievement as a victory for all free people around the world.

During a meeting on Monday chaired by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, the Council noted that this accomplishment exposes the aggressive American policies and their espionage diplomacy towards various nations. They emphasized the importance of cleansing state institutions of any systematic breaches and sabotage activities, with the goal of building a strong Yemeni state in the region.

The Council called on all Yemeni people to cooperate with security agencies, report any suspicious activity that serves the enemy, and remain vigilant against propaganda and lies that could dismantle the social fabric.

The Council received a detailed report from the head of the Security and Intelligence Service, Major General Abdulhakim Al-Khaiwani, regarding the recently arrested US-Israeli espionage network. The report, supported by documents and evidence, revealed the extent of the US-Israeli targeting of Yemen since the September 21, 2014 revolution, highlighting the continuous efforts of American and Israeli espionage agencies to undermine the Yemeni state and cripple its capabilities.

Recently, Yemeni Security Forces have dismantled a significant espionage network working for the United States and Israel. This network had been involved in espionage and sabotage activities across various state institutions for decades.

According to a statement from the Security Forces, the network was directly linked to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and had obtained sensitive information about various aspects of life in Yemen, including military, security, economic, agricultural, health, and educational fields.

Commending Rocketry and Naval Forces' Advancements

Additionally, the meeting praised the significant advancements revealed by the Rocketry Forces and the Naval Forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces. They affirmed the continuation of support operations for Palestine and encouraged the Armed Forces to persist in their efforts, relying on the support of the Yemeni people and increasing the intensity of their actions against the Zionist enemy.

The Council expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the Yemeni Armed Forces for their heroic role in supporting the Palestinian people and confronting Zionist, American, and British arrogance at sea. They also condemned the biased resolution issued by the Security Council, which favored the oppressors over the victims. The Council praised the positions that rejected the resolution and expressed solidarity with the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples.

Since the onset of the Al-Aqsa Storm battle and the Zionist aggression on Gaza, the Yemeni Armed Forces have imposed a ban on ships linked to the Zionist entity. Hundreds of operations have been conducted against these ships and American and British military assets, including the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, which has been directly hit by ballistic, naval, and drone missiles.

The Yemeni Armed Forces unveiled four revelations in June for a specialized weapon that has entered the battle to support Gaza, starting with the "Palestine" ballistic missile, followed by the "Topphan-1" boat, then the "Hatem-2" hypersonic ballistic missile and "Toophan al-Mudammer" boat, which boasts high destructive power and advanced technology.

US Economic War, Saudi Regime's Responsibility for Yemeni Pilgrims' Passage

Furthermore, the meeting discussed the ongoing economic war waged by the United States against the Yemeni people, asserting that all conspiracies would fail in the face of the steadfastness and will of the Yemeni people.

The Council also called on the Saudi regime to take responsibility for facilitating the passage of the remaining Yemeni pilgrims departing through Sana'a airport.

The meeting addressed the persistent issues created by the Saudi-backed government's aviation sector in Aden, which have been detrimental to the company and its resources. They stressed that the actions taken by the concerned authorities in Sana'a were necessary to preserve the company's assets and capabilities.

Yemeni pilgrims face a complex situation as Saudi authorities have changed the return flight path of Yemenia Airways from Sana'a International Airport to Aden Airport. The pilgrims refused this change due to the additional costs and security risks associated with traveling through Aden Airport, which is controlled by UAE-backed forces with a notorious record of human rights violations, including the detention and abuse of travelers. Additionally, these forces have a history of "robbing and killing travelers returning to northern Yemeni provinces."
