News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces affirmed that they will respond to the blatant Israeli aggression on Hodeidah, and will not hesitate to strike the vital targets of the Israeli enemy.

In a statement issued on Saturday evening, they reiterated the confirmation of what was mentioned in their previous statement regarding considering the occupied Yafa (Jaffa) region as an unsafe area.

Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that, "with the guidance of their faithful leadership and together with all the free, courageous, steadfast and jihadi sons of the Yemeni people, will not stop their supportive operations for our brothers in Gaza, regardless of the repercussions and consequences."

Armed Forces affirmed that Yemen is preparing for a prolonged war with this enemy until the cessation of aggression, the lifting of the blockade, and the cessation of all its crimes committed against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

They added: "The Israeli aggression against Yemen imposes on all the sons of the nation to take serious action in support of the Palestinian cause, in rejection of the Israeli aggression, and in victory for the blood of the oppressed in Gaza." 

The statement pointed out that "the great Yemeni people, with their leadership and Armed Forces, will overcome this challenge as they have overcome the challenges of the past years."

 

Almasirah net correspondent in Hodeidah reported that the airstrikes targeted oil storage facilities at the port, as well as the oil, gas export facilities in Hodeidah.

Smoke was seen rising from a distance, and preliminary reports indicate that the explosions were very large. The targeting was carried out by Zionist F-35 aircraft.

These aggressive airstrikes come a day after the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted the city of Yafa, known as Tel Aviv, using a drone that breached the Zionist defenses, resulting in several casualties.
