News - Yemen: The Association of Yemeni Scholars has called upon the human conscience and Islamic identity in the face of thousands of bloody massacres committed by the Israeli enemy over the past 10 months, urging the Quds axis, jihad, and resistance to respond with strong, deterrent action.

In a statement on Saturday, the Association said, 'At the beginning of the eleventh month of the Zionist aggression, Israel, with excessive brutality, continues to shed Palestinian Muslim blood, violating all sanctities by bombing the Taba'een School during dawn prayer, turning the school and its worshippers into fragments and a pool of blood.'

The statement added, 'The perpetration of this horrific massacre by the enemy compels all Arab regimes, peoples, and armies to fulfill their duty of support and declare a general mobilization.'

The Association continued, 'The magnitude of the tragedy and the unprecedented level of Israeli savagery places a responsibility on all Muslims, especially leaders and scholars, to fulfill their duty to support the oppressed in Gaza.'

The Yemeni Scholars Association further stated that 'Israeli savagery holds Muslims accountable for deterring the Zionist entity and avenging its brutal crimes and bloody massacres.'

It called on the jihad and resistance axis to deliver a powerful, deterrent response that severely punishes the enemy as much as possible.

The Yemeni Scholars Association reaffirmed the legitimacy of targeting American interests that support the Israeli enemy and are complicit in every crime, massacre, and drop of bloodshed.

The statement from the Yemeni Scholars said, 'Targeting US warships, destroyers, and aircraft carriers wherever they may be is a legitimate right and an imperative duty until America refrains from supporting Israel.'

The Yemeni Scholars also condemned the weak outcomes and statement of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.'

More than 120 Palestinians have been killed following Israeli airstrikes on a school sheltering displaced people in the east of the Gaza Strip, as the occupying regime presses ahead with its months-long aggression on the besieged territory.

The media office stressed that the Israeli attack comes within the “framework of the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people in a clear manner.”

Backed by the US and its Western allies, the Israeli regime launched an all-out invasion of Gaza after it was caught off-guard by Operation al-Aqsa Storm inside the occupied territories in October last year.

Nearly 40,000 Palestinians have since been killed, most of them women and children, and upwards of 91,000 others injured in the merciless Israeli aggression.

Israel has also been enforcing a crippling siege on the coastal territory by choking off the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory.
