Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.

O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.

Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

At the end of the tenth month and the beginning of the eleventh month of the brutal and barbaric Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, recent developments have shed light on the entire situation since the Israeli enemy committed its major crime by targeting Ismail Haniyeh, the great Islamic leader and the dear martyr brother (May Allah have mercy on him) in the Iranian capital, Tehran, as he was a guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran with an official invitation [to attend] the occasion of the inauguration of the elected Iranian president. This also coincided with aggression on the southern suburbs [of Lebanon] and targeting the great jihadist leader Al-Sayyid Fuad Shukr (May Allah have mercy on him), as well as targeting civilians. In these crimes and assaults, the Israeli enemy targeted leaders of the Islamic Ummah (in every sense of the word) and Muslim men who play a distinguished role in carrying the banner of jihad and in confronting the enemy of Islam and Muslims, the Israeli enemy, in addition to the violation of the sovereignty of the states, the killing of Muslims, and the killing of children and women. All these developments have shed light on the entire situation. The battle against the Israeli enemy is [now] at its peak.

Amidst these developments, a complete cohesion of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) was evident. Hamas was primarily targeted, despite the fact that the target is all Muslims, the Palestinian people in general, their just cause, their rightful position, the mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip, the entire Islamic Ummah, and its great cause. However, the primary aim of the Israeli enemy was to undermine the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), impacting its situation, decisions, steadfastness, cohesion, and firmness. Nonetheless, after this major crime, the complete cohesion of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) was evident in reality through continuing its activities in full scale. Cohesion in its internal reality was also evident, as there were not any cases of disagreement, weakness, or retreat, nor any negative impact on its position, steadfastness, unity, firmness, or practical performance and activities. None of these were affected. Moreover, the Al-Qassam Brigades continued to perform their jihadist duties with full effectiveness, complete cohesion, and high competence in executing their combat missions. Furthermore, the great mujahid brother Yahya Sinwar (May Allah protect him) was unanimously chosen—as Hamas announced—to be the successor to the martyr Ismail Haniyeh (May Allah have mercy on him). Indeed, he [the Sinwar] is the best successor to the best predecessor in this Islamic jihadist movement, Allah willing.

The unanimous selection of this great mujahid leader (known to both enemies and friends for his jihadist steadfastness, firmness, wisdom, and leadership competence) is in itself an important message to the Israeli enemy. It is a clear affirmation of the continued commitment to jihad, perseverance in the position, and adherence to the fundamental principles.

Similarly, on the Hezbollah front, support operations continued with high effectiveness and strong, exceptional strikes, emphasizing the inevitability of responding to the enemy's targeting of the martyr, the great jihadist leader Al-Sayyid Fuad Shukr (May Allah have mercy on him), as well as the aggression on the southern suburbs [of Lebanon] and the targeting of civilians there.

The Anxiety of the Israeli Enemy due to Its Crimes and Recent Escalation and due to Delaying the Response

Following these developments, crimes, and dangerous escalation by the Israeli enemy, it [the Israeli enemy] is in a state of great and evident fear, in every sense of the word.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has issued a strong affirmation of the inevitability of responding to the Israeli aggression. This confirmation came from the highest leadership levels, including the leadership, the Revolutionary Guard, and the executive authority. Indeed, what happened can never be overlooked: targeting a major Islamic leader of the Ummah, as he was a guest in Iran by Iranian invitation during the inauguration of the Iranian president, in addition to a significant violation of Iranian sovereignty.

Additionally, as for the Yemeni front, there has been prior confirmation of an inevitable response to the Israeli aggression, in which the Israeli enemy targeted fuel tanks in the port of Al-Hudaydah. This response is a must, and it is undoubtedly coming, by the will of Allah.

The delay in response from the Axis [of Resistance] as a whole, in contrast to the Israeli escalation, represented in the Israeli enemy's crime of targeting the martyr leader Ismail Haniyeh (May Allah have mercy on him), the aggression on the southern suburbs of Beirut, the targeting of the great jihadist martyr leader Al-Sayyid Fuad Shukr (May Allah have mercy on him), or the aggression on Al-Hudaydah, is purely a tactical matter. The aim is for the response to be truly impactful on the enemy, despite the protective preparations the Israeli enemy is attempting to provide under American supervision and with cooperation from the West and from some Arab regimes, in order to at least mitigate the damages of this response. The Israeli enemy knows that a response is inevitable and that there is no retreat from this decision. In fact, the fronts of support continue their operations to support Gaza, and at the same time, the response to these crimes and that level of escalation is a declared decision. Nothing can divert this decision, neither intimidation nor pressure, despite very determined efforts by America and European countries specifically, as well as by some Arab regimes, to contain this response, particularly regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran. Communications, persistent efforts, messages, and intermediaries (that are trying to convince the Islamic Republic to make this response modest, ineffective, and simple) have not ceased. They attempt to use the means of intimidation and inducements to achieve this result. However, there is a clear affirmation in the Islamic Republic that this matter truly affects the honour of the Islamic Republic, with the killing of its guest in its capital during his stay there, representing an aggression, oppression, and tyranny by the Israeli enemy.

Regarding the course of support—as I said—it is ongoing from the fronts of support, and the operations continue from southern Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. Similarly, the inevitability of response is beyond doubt.

The Statement of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the Position of Those Empathizing with Trump’s Ear!

The unfortunate thing is the Islamic position as a whole: the Islamic position regarding the organisation of Islamic Cooperation and its latest issued statement. That statement should never serve as the highest level for the Islamic position from the Islamic countries, both in the Arab world and beyond. All countries belonging to Islam should never have their highest response limited to issuing a statement of condemnation and denunciation. Even a better and stronger statement could be issued by a charity association, a small organization, or a minor entity, let alone a cooperative body representing more than fifty Muslim countries, with all their resources, capabilities, influence, and armies! Issuing a statement at such a level is never appropriate to be the highest response. Where are the practical steps, even at the very least, through halting cooperation with the Israeli enemy by some regimes? In regards to Arab regimes, Four Arab regimes cooperate strongly with the Israeli enemy, and the same applies to some Islamic regimes in some Islamic countries.

As for those empathizing with the scratch of Trump's ear, they have not even issued statements of condemnation to express their position on the Israeli crime of targeting the great Islamic martyr leader Ismail Haniyeh, who is one of the leaders of the Ummah. Indeed, they still designate the mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip from various Palestinian factions (especially the Al-Qassam Brigades, the members of Hamas, the Al-Quds Brigades, the members of Islamic Jihad Movement, and the other mujahidin) as terrorists and link them to terrorism.

In contrast, they believe that what the Israeli enemy does (including the most heinous crimes, such as genocide and the killing of tens of thousands of children and women) does not deserve to be labeled as criminality, terrorism, and such titles, despite the horrific nature of the crimes committed by the Israeli enemy against prisoners, which are extremely atrocious crimes, covered by media outlets in terms of their different types. These are heinous, brutal, criminal, appalling practices in every sense of the word, and they must be condemned and denounced by every person who has even a shred of humanity and must take a position against them. Otherwise, ignoring such extremely heinous crimes undermines one’s humanity, which means that he lacks even human feelings and is devoid of any human values, let alone the religious values that strengthen the human values. The horrific crimes of the Israeli enemy have targeted children and women (killing tens of thousands of them), the Palestinian community as a whole, and the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip through killings with weapons of mass destruction and devastation (including American bombs that kill indiscriminately and destroy entire neighbourhoods), through starving, and through all means of genocide. Despite that, some Arab regimes still adopt cold and rigid position and use their media outlets to support the Israeli enemy. In fact, their media outlets serve as a front supporting the Israeli enemy in a clear and blatant manner! This is an obvious matter.

The Ummah’s Duty in the Face of This Great Oppression

The Axis of Al-Quds, Jihad, and Resistance supports the Palestinian people. This is great honour, and it is also its duty. Nonetheless, it is the duty of the entire Ummah, not just a responsibility confined to a specific front or particular people. However, some people (among whom are those who have no real concern of taking an actual position, in every true sense of the word, or of making a real contribution to fulfil their responsibility in support of the Palestinian people in the face of the genocide they are subjected to) remain preoccupied with directing criticism, blame, rebuke, and doubt. Moreover, some others align with those affiliated with the enemy, forming a support front on the media, political, and public levels for the Israeli enemy. They move with all they have, having no other concern!

In the face of these heinous crimes, with the ongoing Israeli aggression, and with what is being published, circulated, and known about the types of crimes that at times a person cannot even speak of or describe due to their horror, atrocity, and brutality, the responsibility magnifies and multiplies on everyone. Therefore, it is essential to continuously remind people and to constantly awaken the Ummah because this great duty falls upon our Islamic Ummah to take a position against this great injustice committed against the Palestinian people, the ongoing tragedy, and the severe, horrifying, immense continuous crimes, committed by the Israeli enemy against a Muslim people who are part of this Ummah. This responsibility does not become void by neglect, nor can the burden of neglecting it be lifted by attempting to be indifferent or pretending that it does not concern us. Everyone is accountable before Allah (Glory be to Him), and the consequences of neglect and indifference, which are apparent in most peoples and most regimes, are severe. That is because Allah (Glory be to Him) is the Witness and the Watcher over all His servants. He is the Witness over everything, All-Knower of everything, and Encompassing of all things. Nothing is hidden from Him, neither on the earth nor in the heavens. This responsibility is great, sacred, significant, and important and is one of the greatest religious, faith-based obligations so as to support those oppressed, weak, persecuted sons of our Muslim Ummah. So negligence, abandonment, ignorance, complete evasion of responsibility, and attempting to ignore what is happening do not absolve anyone from his responsibility. Allah (Glory be to Him) has warned in the Holy Quran saying, {'If you do not march forth, He will afflict you with a painful torment and replace you with other people. You are not harming Him in the least. And Allah is Most Capable of everything'}[At-Tawbah 9:39]. Therefore, campaigns of awareness-raising, reminding, and awakening the Ummah must continue: The more the tragedy continues and worsen on the Palestinian people and the more the Israeli enemy persists in its crimes and aggression (committing atrocities every day), the more responsibility on everyone should increase.

The Steadfastness of the Mujahidin and the People in Gaza is a School for the Whole World!

As for our dear Mujahidin brothers in the Gaza Strip, their firmness, steadfastness, perseverance, and patience truly serve as a school for the entire Ummah. They have presented a model not only for all Muslims, but also for the whole world, showing their steadfastness, patience, sacrifice, courage, bravery, and devotion in the path of Allah (Glory be to Him). And woe is those who abandon them and conspire against them; woe is all the negligent individuals, conspirators, schemers, and backstabbers who serve the enemy through their media, finance, and positions (even political positions). Our dear mujahidin brothers in the Al-Qassam and Al-Quds brigades, along with other factions and steadfast mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, have remained firm and steadfast, despite the fact that ten full months of continuous fighting has passed without the ability to receive weapons due to the severe blockade they experience and because of the great Israeli aggression—in which America and western countries are complicit by providing the Israeli enemy with immense military capabilities, intelligence support, and more. Despite the blockade, the comprehensive destruction of Gaza, the starvation, and the great suffering, they have remained steadfast and continued fighting with evident bravery and real, sincere devotion. This is tremendous work and remarkable patience, and victory is the promised outcome of that patience, bravery, devotion for the sake of Allah, and firmness in which it is manifested in how Allah has endowed them with patience and provided them with support and assistance: {'For it is Our duty to grant victory to the believers'}[Ar-Rum 30:47]. This is how Allah (Glory be to Him) states it in the Holy Quran. That steadfastness is rooted in faith, derived from the assistance of Allah (Glory be to Him), motivated by faith, stemming from hope in Allah, love for Him, and practical response to His commands. This is why they continue fighting with high effectiveness, carrying out numerous, diverse, and exceptional operations to inflict pain on the enemy. Additionally, they consistently use the means available to them: Their operations continue through missile strikes, sniping, and planting explosives in buildings and places (including houses, tunnels, and various other locations) to trap the Israeli enemy in them. They target Israeli vehicles, using mortar fire and all available means. As they confront Zionist crimes (which come with all its capabilities and western support and aid), they continue with high effectiveness and competence with their great steadfastness, patience, sacrifice, and devotion in the path of Allah, the Almighty.

Similarly, this is the situation of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian base that endures despite very enormous sacrifices and that has not provided any opportunity for the Israeli enemy or its collaborators to infiltrate, blackmail, or take advantage of the state of hunger, the state of poverty, extreme suffering, the lack of food, and others. There is great patience, which represents a school for the entire Islamic Ummah. This patience and firmness, in addition to facing a profound injustice, upholding a just cause, and taking a rightful position, are worthy of praise, support, endorsement, cooperation, and standing with it using all available means. It is not appropriate for the Ummah to remain inactive towards a people who uphold this firm and steadfast position and take this great stand in the rightful position on a cause that concerns the entire Ummah. The Palestinian people are in the first trench; if it were not for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, their firmness, and their jihad, the enemy would have extended its control to other territories, and events would have unfolded on a different stage, in a different arena, and in other Arab countries that would not have been able to shield from the Israeli enemy, not through collaboration, hypocrisy, allegiance to America, submission to America, or anything else. The Americans are ready to pave the way for the Israeli enemy and its interests at the expense of any Arab state or Arab regime. Regardless of how much an Arab regime strives to serve America and Israel, in the eyes of the Americans, it remains either a mere milk cow or a mere exploited regime, performing its duties and functions in exploitation. Once no longer useful, it is disposed of, no less and no more.

The Expansion of the Range of Events and Targeting Serves the Palestinian People

At the beginning of the eleventh month, with events reaching this stage, with the battle reaching its peak, and with the escalation reaching levels that provide the opportunity to broaden the scope of events—potentially escalating to a regional war or something less than a regional war, involving mutual strikes, and an expansion of the targeting and operations at a level or another—none of this is in the interest of the Israeli enemy. Its efforts to expand the scope of events, coupled with its foolishness in committing crimes and targeting here and there, will (in reality) serve the Palestinian people. This is because the strategy that the Israeli enemy had relied on since the beginning of its aggression on the Gaza Strip was to isolate the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and seek to eliminate them, to end the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, and to achieve its stated and unstated objectives.

• Its stated objectives include eliminating the Islamic resistance in the Gaza Strip, ending the Hamas Movement, regaining its captives without an exchange deal, and establishing complete control over the Gaza Strip.
• Its unstated objectives include a complete displacement of the Palestinian people and an attempt to transform the Gaza Strip into a new phase that is different from its previous one, after achieving complete displacement of the Palestinian people, and more.

The Israeli enemy has not succeeded in achieving those objectives. This is clear so far, and in the future, the Israeli enemy will experience greater loss and failure, Allah willing. However, as the situation deteriorates on a broader scale, whether at the axis level as is currently happening or at any other levels, the Israeli enemy finds itself preoccupied here and there, living in a state of great fear and anxiety as is happening now. It seeks protection from America, along with what the Americans call 'partners', some of whom have declared specific positions through closing their airspace against any response against the Israeli enemy. They [the so-called partners] by themselves have even made and exerted efforts to ensure that there is no response, or that the response is contained and the Israeli enemy is protected by them if there is a response. These partners open their airspace to the Israeli enemy; provide economic support through land routes, land crossings, and land bridges; and offer media and political support to the Israeli enemy. Then, in contrast to all of that, they try to maintain a negative position towards anything from the Arab and Islamic countries that support the Palestinian people in a righteous position. There is no longer any value placed on agreements between Arab countries (including joint defence agreements) or commitments, whether Islamic, national, patriotic or otherwise. Their position is clear. The Americans present these countries' position in another context, further than merely being cautious that nothing from here or there crosses their airspace; instead, the Americans present their position within the framework of a partnership with the Americans to protect the Israeli enemy! This is how the Americans present the position, and the Israelis themselves utilise the same style of logic and the same rhetoric, considering these countries as partners who contribute by themselves to protect the Israeli enemy.

Regarding the widening scope of events, all of this will ultimately benefit the Palestinian people. The Israelis are currently in a state of extreme panic and anxiety. The details of the fear experienced by the Israeli enemy following their recent escalation and crimes are well-known. In fact, the state of panic is known. Many airlines suspend their activities, in regard to their flights to occupied Palestine, and the other measures taken by the Israeli enemy clearly reflect their significant fear and anxiety.

The Continuation of Support Front Operations and Their Multiplied Impact on the Enemy

Supporting operations are ongoing on the support front in Lebanon: Hezbollah's pre-response operations are on their continuous context as a front of support. Bombardment and targeting operations and drone infiltrations are all ongoing, significantly impacting the Israeli enemy. This includes the evacuation of the usurped lands that contain major settlement outposts, which have reached a significant number. In the entity of the Israeli enemy, it is said that Hezbollah's strikes pose an unprecedented strategic challenge to Israel, in addition to the considerable experience by the Israeli enemy regarding the inevitable response to the crime of aggression on the southern suburbs and the targeting of the great jihadist martyr leader Al-Sayyid Fouad Shukr (May Allah have mercy on him).

As for the operations of support in Iraq, the decision to continue them also remains steadfast.

Supporting operations from Yemen (the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad) have been conducted this week, involving sixteen ballistic missiles and drones. Among the noteworthy operations this week are the targeting of two American Navy destroyers and the downing of an advanced unmanned MQ-9 aircraft in the airspace of Sa'dah Governorate.

Indeed, the number of targeted ships has reached one hundred and seventy-seven vessels. It has reached this figure despite the decrease in the movement of ships associated with America and Britain or those carrying cargo for the benefit of the Israeli enemy. Indeed, their movement tremendously decreased. The operations have turned to a process of hunting what rarely passes. This decline in the maritime movement that has been exploited by the Israeli enemy for its interests is in itself a great, real victory for our armed forces and for the Yemeni front of support.

The decline in maritime traffic has become evident and is acknowledged by the Americans and others. Everyone speaks about the decrease in maritime traffic associated with them in the Red Sea. The enemy is really in a state of distress, in every sense of the word, due to the impact of the supporting operation of the Yemeni front. It has led to the disruption of maritime traffic benefitted by the Israeli enemy. One of the declared, evident, explicit, established consequences is the financial collapse of Umm Al-Rashrash Port, which the enemy refers to as 'Eilat Port'. In fact, there are media reports from several satellite channels from within the port, showing that it is completely inactive. This has a clear, explicit, and declared impact, which is reflected in figures reported within the Israeli enemy. Actually, this matter has significantly affected the Israeli enemy.

Therefore, after the great success and victory in this battle—preventing maritime navigation benefiting the Israeli enemy in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea—the scope of operations for our armed forces has become extensive and, indeed, far-reaching. That is, if we talk about the operations towards the Indian Ocean (at a distance of over a thousand kilometers) and towards the Mediterranean Sea and the depth of occupied Palestine (with ranges exceeding two thousand kilometers), the range of most operations carried out by our armed forces now covers very distant ranges: Most operations have ranges of more than two thousand kilometers. This is a significant development, indicating that the battle being fought by the front of support in Yemen (the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad) is on a very extensive arena and range.

At the close range, the operations have become highly effective, to the extent of controlling the position and the overall situation. There is significant control on the battlefield, preventing navigation of the Israeli enemy and targeting ships associated with the enemies. Also, their [the operations'] impact is extremely substantial in their close range: the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait, and the Arabian Sea.

The Nature of the Battle and Its Great Complexities: This is What Everyone Needs to Understand

However, at the long range, the nature of the battle is vast and intense. It relies on continuous development of technologies and capabilities at the level of operational techniques, acquiring information (particularly in striking moving targets), and facing complications in the broader scope of the battle. Many people might be unaware of many of the details related to the nature of the complexities of this battle in its long range (beyond 2,000-kilometer). Part of this is what we have mentioned in several speeches: There are multiple layers working to protect the Israeli enemy. Unfortunately, these layers include Arab countries, which devote all their capabilities and capacities in terms of intelligence, technology, interception, and jamming and work with great dedication and abnormal seriousness to defend the Israeli enemy and strive to obstruct anything that targets it, as if they were defending themselves. Unfortunately, some Arab regimes have rendered themselves to fortresses that the Israeli enemy shelters behind. Therefore, we need to develop our capabilities and technologies to the extent that helps overcome what these Arab regimes possess, particularly the regimes of the major Arab countries that have taken on this burden of serving and protecting the Israeli enemy.

As for the Americans, they spare no effort with their potentials and capabilities in striving to protect the Israeli enemy and to intercept anything that targets it.

That is why when a missile or a drone reaches the Mediterranean Sea or penetrates deep into Palestine, it means that it has surpassed American capabilities, American military units, the American front supporting Israel, and the fronts of various Arab regimes that exert efforts to intercept, jam, and prevent any missile or drone from reaching the Israeli enemy. Thus, it reaches its target after overcoming the capabilities of five entities, primarily America, as well as other Arab regimes, and then the Israeli enemy itself.

In occupied Palestine, the Israeli enemy attempts to shield itself with numerous, diverse, multilayered protection and air defence systems within a limited geographic scope—the airspace of occupied Palestine—in comparison to what it possesses and the support it receives from Arab regimes and from the Americans. Additionally, Britain, France, and other western systems participate in providing Israel with support, especially during periods of heightened escalation and the present time. At this juncture, they are expanding their cooperation to ensure Israel's protection from the forthcoming, inevitable, retaliatory response from various fronts.

Despite all of that, these very challenges contribute to developing capabilities further. They cannot provide the Israeli enemy with reassurance or a secure environment. Indeed, despite all of that, breaches occur, and the Israeli enemy lives in a state of continuous fear and constant anxiety (as is the current situation) and under ongoing pressure and threat. Furthermore, operations succeed in reaching their targets and achieving their objectives.

We Continue to Develop Our Army's Capabilities and Maintain Mobilization and the Massive Demonstrations

Hence, in this stage—by the grace of Allah (the Almighty)—we are carrying out significant developments to the technologies and capabilities of our Yemeni army at the level of this range and dealing with these challenges. When response or some operations are sometimes delayed, it is because they occur in an environment filled with complexities and obstacles. However, they achieve important success and ultimately surpass the technologies and tactics the enemies rely on. The enemies themselves are aware of these facts; otherwise, there is no hesitation, fear, or retreat whatsoever. The matter is simply related to development and tactics. The operations are fundamentally ongoing: Our operations targeting the Israeli enemy in occupied Palestine, our operations in the seas, the inevitable and forthcoming response, and the coordination with the axis in any joint operations are ongoing. The decision to respond is a collective one, made at the level of the entire axis and at the level of each front individually.

As for public activities, such as mobilization, demonstrations, and weekly turnout, they continue and align with the developments. In recent weeks, with the developments of Israeli crimes targeting the martyrs of the Ummah and other significant developments, we have witnessed the enormously massive turnout of the Yemeni people. This ongoing, million-person turnout with such momentum is unprecedented in history and will remain a bright and honourable chapter for our dear people. It demonstrates the extent of our people's engagement, their deep sense of responsibility, their great concern, and their loyalty and sincerity in their position, for this position is unmatched by any other people at this level of participation and weekly attendance. The Palestinian people realise these facts, and the dear mujahidin in Palestine deeply appreciate this level of public support. In fact, they engage with it, feel very much comforted by it, and view it as real backing and a sincere position.

Our dear people continue participating in these demonstrations and activities of all kinds, including military mobilization and others. Our people will not stop their weekly turnout, at a time when demonstrations are ongoing even in non-Muslim European countries. Will our dear people stop, while demonstrations continue in Britain, Italy, European countries, and other non-Muslim countries? Our people are more loyal, steadfast, courageous, believing, and truthful than the rest of the peoples, let alone the non-Muslim peoples.

Also, the continuous activity of the Moroccan people's participation in demonstrations has been noteworthy. Indeed, this is a matter of appreciation and commendation. This means that despite the Moroccan regime's subservience to Israel, its negative positions, and its normalization with the Israeli enemy, the position of the Moroccan people is good, as they are taking to the streets in demonstrations with a clear, audible voice. Actually, it is good that they continue their demonstrations and extensive turnout.

In addition, there are Islamic countries in which demonstrations and gathering events continued last week, as is the case in Indonesia, Malaysia, and other countries.

The Blessing of Rainfall and the Necessity of Planning to Avoid Damages

Regarding our country, Allah (Glory be to Him) has bestowed the blessing of rainfall [on it] this week. Heavy rains—by the grace of Allah—have fallen on many governorates. Unfortunately, there have been damages in some areas, as is the case in some areas in Al-Hudaydah Governorate and other regions, but the most affected was Al-Hudaydah Governorate. There are reasons for such damages. That is, some of them are related to the difficult circumstances of the people and the random work that is far from urban planning in constructions, houses, and building in rain torrent outlets, in the stream of rain torrent, and also in the areas that do not have the necessary work of draining rainwater through channels and [other] means. There are also absence of urban planning and absence of work, constructions, and channels that drain rainwater in a way that helps to benefit from it more, instead of turning it into a problem that results in disasters and calamities from which the dear citizens suffer.

In this context, we extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to all the affected people in the rain torrents of Al-Hudaydah Governorate and elsewhere. We emphasise that the official and popular authorities cooperate and exert the utmost effort in caring for the people in the affected areas with everything possible. This is a very important humanitarian and moral matter and a religious, national, faith-based responsibility. There should be cooperation regarding the situation that the official authorities are suffering. They, on their part, must exert the utmost effort, and the people must cooperate with them to fulfil this duty.

Regarding the future, it is important that there is widespread public awareness of the importance of urban planning and caution against random actions, random construction, and construction in the stream of rain torrent and in the outlets of rains and rain torrents. These affect people and pose a threat to their lives and a danger to them. There must be an avoidance of rain torrent outlets, valleys and their paths, and the stream of rain torrents. Furthermore, there must be cooperation among all regarding the current situation and the damages that occurred after Allah (Glory be to Him) had blessed us with rain in this rainy season, which I hope will have a great impact on the agricultural aspect, Allah willing. However, there must be cooperation from everyone, primarily the official authorities, which have a great responsibility to make every effort to care for those affected ones and to avoid damages in other areas.

Regarding tomorrow, it is a day to affirm loyalty and firmness and to convey a message of support and backing for the great mujahid brother Yahya Sinwar, for the mujahidin of the Al-Qassam Brigades, for the brothers in the Hamas Movement, for the entire dear Palestinian people, and for all their fighting factions. It is also to express continuous support and to affirm that support is ongoing and that a response is coming. I call upon our dear people to take to the streets tomorrow in millions—Allah willing—while taking into account the conditions in the areas affected by rain torrents and some rural areas where it is difficult to gather and attend due to the heavy rains that are affecting the roads and transportation, causing great difficulty for the people. However, in places like the capital Sana'a, some areas of Sa'dah (especially the highlands), and many other cities, the opportunity is available and the chance is favourable for an extensive turnout, to demonstrate the importance of this stage as we are at the peak of the battle, to convey messages of support and backing, and to affirm loyalty and firmness. However, the programmes should be brief, and available means of shelter from the rain should be used.

I ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to bestow rain and blessings upon us. We ask Him to grant victory to the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin. O Allah, grant us victory, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. You are All-Hearing!
