Ansarullah Political Bureau Praises Karama Crossing Operation, Reaffirms Support for Palestinian Cause
News - Middle East: The Political Bureau of Ansarullah praised the heroic operation at the Karama crossing between Jordan and the occupied Palestinian territories, resulting in the deaths of three Zionists and the martyrdom of the assailant.
In a statement, the Political Bureau of Ansarullah affirmed that this jihadist operation demonstrated the courage and faith of its perpetrator in the Palestinian cause, reflecting popular sentiments toward the genocide and crimes committed by the Israeli enemy.
The bureau emphasized that this operation confirms the Zionist enemy will face difficult days as long as it continues its aggression and crimes against the Palestinian people.
It described the martyrdom operation as a minor yet deserved response to the Zionist killing machine, supported by the United States.
The bureau also warned the Zionist enemy against persisting in its aggression, indicating that it will face difficult days if it continues to carry out massacres against Palestinians.
On Sunday, at least three Israeli guards were killed in a retaliatory shooting operation near the Allenby Bridge on the border between the West Bank and Jordan.
The Israeli military asserted that the assailant arrived at the terminal in a truck from Jordan and opened fire at workers at the crossing.
He was then shot dead by Israeli forces, the army added.
Israeli and Jordanian authorities have both announced that the Allenby Bridge crossing has been closed until further notice following the deadly retaliatory shooting incident there.
Since Israel unleashed the war on Gaza in early October last year, casualties have been rising in the West Bank as a result of intensified near-daily Israeli raids into villages and cities in the occupied territories.
At least 692 Palestinians, including 158 minors, have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli forces or extremist Jewish settlers since the war began. More than 5,700 Palestinians have been wounded and at least 10,400 detained.
At least 40,939 Palestinians, most of them women and children, have also been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip during the regime’s genocidal war.
