News - Yemen: The Yemeni Scholars Association strongly condemned the US and British attacks targeting the vicinity of Aisha School in the Al-Jund area of Taiz, as well as the Israeli bombing of a refugee camp in Khan Younis, Palestine.

In their statement, the association emphasized that the US-British escalation against Yemen, specifically the targeting of Aisha School, should provoke all Yemenis to action, urging them to rise against US aggression, which has shown disregard for the sanctity of schools and the sovereignty of Yemen.

The brutal airstrikes carried out by the US-British aggression on Tuesday morning near Aisha Girls' School in the Al-Jund area of Taiz have sparked outrage among Yemenis.

The child, Hamas Abdullah, was martyred as a result of these airstrikes, along with Saja Ahmed Dahan, who died during a stampede caused by the US-British airstrikes near the school.

The Scholars Association affirmed the legitimacy of responding to US actions anywhere in defense of Yemeni and Palestinian blood. They stressed that such crimes will not deter the Yemeni people from their steadfast support for Gaza and Palestine, regardless of the sacrifices.

The statement renewed the call for responsibility from governments, armies, scholars, and the public to support Gaza and the West Bank, urging them to move beyond a position of shameful silence and take action. The association also condemned the Israeli aggression on Syria, which resulted in many casualties, and stressed Syria's right to respond.

The statement praised the Karama Crossing operation carried out by Maher Al-Jazi, as well as any act that instills fear in the Zionists and supports Gaza and Palestine.
