News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Sunday that they had launched a hypersonic missile, Palestine 2, targeting a vital site in the Yafa area of central occupied Palestine.

“In support of the Palestinian people’s resistance and in response to the Israeli enemy’s crimes against our brothers in the Gaza Strip, our missile forces conducted an operation targeting a vital site in the occupied Yafa area using the hypersonic missile ‘Palestine 2.’ “ Armed Forces spokesperson Yahya Sare’e said  i nan official statement.

“The missile successfully hit its intended target,” sare’e added.

The Armed Forces affirmed their commitment to escalating military operations involving missiles and drones as part of their religious, moral, and humanitarian obligation to support Palestinian fighters in Gaza and the West Bank.

Since the onset of the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza on October 7, 2023—after Palestinian resistance movements launched Operation Al-Aqsa Storm—Yemen has declared unwavering support for Palestine’s struggle against occupation.

Yemeni forces have launched multiple operations in solidarity with Palestinians, targeting areas in occupied Palestinian territories and intercepting ships believed to be headed toward Israeli-controlled ports.

So far, Israel has killed at least over 44,429 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured over 105,250 others in Gaza.
