News - Yemen: Member of the Jordanian Arab Vanguard Party, Mahmoud Abu Jaber, praised Yemen’s significant role in providing military support to the Palestinian people through its participation in the heroic Al-Aqsa Flood operation.

In an exclusive interview with Arab Journal on Saturday, Abu Jaber emphasized that Yemen’s support for Gaza has surpassed all expectations, coming from a distance of 2,300 kilometers. He highlighted the importance of this support for the Arab and Islamic nations as a whole, and particularly for the Palestinian people and their steadfast resistance.

He noted that the massive demonstrations in Sana’a and other Yemeni cities serve as a powerful source of motivation for the Palestinian people and their resilience.

Abu Jaber added that Yemen’s confrontation with the United States, Britain, France, the Zionist entity, and certain Arab regimes in support of Gaza has struck fear into the hearts of its enemies. This steadfastness has strengthened the Palestinian resistance and prolonged its resilience, bolstered by Yemen’s ongoing military operations, which continue as a testament to Yemen’s loyalty to Palestine.

He further pointed out that Yemen’s unyielding stance, along with its continued strikes deep into Israeli territory and against Israeli shipping as well as American and British vessels supporting the Zionist entity, has thwarted attempts by the Zionist regime to disrupt the unity of the fronts. These actions have prevented the brutal Zionist entity from isolating Gaza and its resistance.

Since the onset of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the Yemeni forces have carried out scores of operations in support of the war-hit Gazans, striking targets throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to targeting Israeli ships or vessels heading towards ports in the occupied territories.

Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas waged the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to the Israeli regime's decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
