In a statement issued Thursday, the government said that the Israeli aggression is a clear affirmation of the terrorist and criminal tendencies of the Israeli entity and its disregard for the lives and safety of civilians.
The statement highlighted that targeting civilian infrastructure was a deliberate attempt to disrupt daily life for Yemeni citizens, noting that the attack on power stations in the capital, Sana'a, left hundreds of thousands of families without electricity.
It also emphasized that the Israeli aggression on the ports of Hodeidah, Salif, and the Ras Isa oil facility led to the deaths and injuries of several citizens, holding the Israeli entity fully responsible for this aggression.
The statement further reiterated that Yemen will not be intimidated by these attacks and will continue to resist Israeli aggression by all available means. Yemen remains committed to defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The government also affirmed its ongoing battle to support the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza until the aggression and siege are lifted.
It praised the operation that targeted two significant Israeli military sites in occupied Jaffa, coinciding with the Israeli aggression on Yemen, and called on the Yemeni people to unite in facing this aggression and support the Armed Forces and security services.
The government called on Arab and Islamic nations, as well as free countries and peoples, to condemn this Israeli-Zionist criminality, supported by the US and the UK.
Earlier on Thursday, the Israeli entity launched a series of airstrikes on the Haziz and Dhahban power stations in Sana'a, as well as attacks on the Salif and Ras Isa oil ports and Hodeidah port, resulting in 12 martyrs and wounded civilians.
