News - Yemen: The Yemeni Armed Forces have revealed details of a series of military operations targeting American and Israeli positions, marking a significant escalation of supporting Gaza.

In a statement, the Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e, announced that they successfully conducted a military operation against the American aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman in the northern Red Sea. 

“The operation, executed using two cruise missiles and four drones, disrupted what was described as preparations by the United States to launch a large-scale airstrike on Yemen.”

“The operation thwarted the American attack, by the grace of God,” the statement said.

The second operation targeted a vital Israeli site in occupied Ashkelon was struck with a drone, causing significant impact.

“Later in the evening, another operation targeted a military site in occupied Jaffa with a drone, successfully hitting its mark.”

“Our operations are in support of the Palestinian resistance, and they will not stop until the aggression on Gaza ends and the blockade is removed,” the statement concluded.

Since Israel began its devastating war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Yemen has openly expressed support for Palestine’s resistance against the Israeli occupation. The ongoing aggression in Gaza has claimed the lives of at least 45,854 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

In addition to missile strikes, Yemen has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom, aiming to force an end to the Tel Aviv regime’s genocidal war on Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have vowed to continue their attacks until Israel halts its ground and aerial offensives in Gaza.
