Yemen’s Foreign Ministry Warns Against Foreign Interference, Urges Fair Resolution

News - Yemen: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yemen released a series of critical statements addressing key regional issues, including Red Sea tensions, foreign occupation, and threats from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In a statement, following the conclusion of the visit of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, to the capital, Sana’a, the Ministry emphasized that resolving tensions in the Red Sea would only be possible through a fair and logical framework, as proposed by the leader of the Yemeni revolution.

This framework seeks to establish a just balance in regional dynamics, represented by: stopping the war crimes and genocide committed by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip, in exchange for stopping the tension in the Red Sea, which is the only feasible equation.

The Ministry issued a stern warning to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, criticizing their continued alignment with U.S. and Israeli agendas.

It accused them of engaging in conspiracies against Yemen and worsening the suffering of Yemeni citizens through actions by the puppet government in Aden. These actions, the Ministry claimed, are part of broader plans for an international conflict.

Highlighting the presence of foreign forces in Yemen, the Ministry described their presence in various provinces and islands as a complete occupation. "The existence of non-Yemeni forces is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of Yemen’s sovereignty," it stated.

The Ministry also strongly condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent threats to target Yemen’s infrastructure. Labeling Netanyahu as a “terrorist and war criminal,” the Ministry denounced the threats as part of an ongoing campaign of aggression against the Yemeni people.

Reaffirming Yemen’s commitment to humanitarian principles, the Ministry reiterated its readiness for a comprehensive prisoner exchange.

It urged all parties to act under the "all for all" principle, as facilitated by the National Committee for Prisoner Exchange in Sana’a.

These bold statements underscore Yemen’s resolve to assert its sovereignty, resist external interference, and seek justice on both regional and international fronts.

Since Israel began its devastating war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Yemen has openly expressed support for Palestine’s resistance against the Israeli occupation. The ongoing aggression in Gaza has claimed the lives of over 46,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children.

In addition to missile strikes, Yemen has also targeted ships linked to Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom, aiming to force an end to the Tel Aviv regime’s genocidal war on Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have vowed to continue their attacks until Israel halts its ground and aerial offensives in Gaza.
