Abdulsalam Warns of US-Saudi Bargain with Humanitarian Situation
News – Yemen: The head of the National Negotiating Delegation, Mohammad Abdulsalam, warned of the continuation of the US-Saudi aggression and attempt to use the humanitarian issue for military and political gains, reiterating his assertion that human rights can't be part of a bargaining deal.
In Twitter on Tuesday evening, Abdulsalam said: "The aggression bargains over the livelihood, medicine and freedom of movement, and in the name of peace, peace will not be achieved." He added that "human rights do not accept compromise, and it is the right of our Yemeni people to enjoy their human rights". He noted that Yemeni People do not lack the means to achieve victory and more, God willing.
He had indicated earlier today that the aggression’s coalition prevented ships of oil derivatives and food and medical materials licensed by the United Nations and the inspector from entering the port of Hodeidah, an arbitrary measure in violation of international law and a violation of the legitimate right of the Yemeni People.
