News - Yemen: The Ministry of Information and the Yemeni News Agency, Saba, mourned the 43-year-old informative Saif Mujahid Ali Mater, who died Thursday, after an incurable illness.

He served the country in the field of journalistic work for the agency.

In a joint statement, the Ministry of Information and Saba Agency praised the journalist’s experience, in which he was an example of commitment, sincerity and dedication to serving his country.

The statement pointed to his active role in the agency's publications during the past six years, especially regarding monitoring and documenting the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people.

The statement considered the death of journalist Mater a loss for the Yemeni media, and expressed deep sorrow, regret and sincere condolences to his family and the Yemeni press and media community.
