Yemen Escalates Support for Gaza with Precision Strikes: Three Attacks in 12 Hours Shift Regional Dynamics

Yemen: As hopes for the Israeli enemy to deter Yemen's support front collapse following the joint aggression, Yemeni Armed Forces have rapidly escalated their support for Gaza through three precision operations within just 12 hours.

These operations have revived the alarming reality the enemy has desperately tried to escape in recent weeks—blatant and undeniable failure of its defense systems in countering Yemeni strikes. Moreover, they have imposed significant pressure on the enemy at a critical time.

The operations, announced by Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e, the Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson, in two separate statements on Monday evening and Tuesday morning, targeted multiple vital Zionist sites. This included striking the occupied Jaffa area with a hypersonic ballistic missile Palestine-2 and four drones, followed by another strike on the so-called Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tel Aviv using a second Palestine-2 missile. This marked the second instance of two such missiles being launched within 24 hours since the escalation began.

The strikes successfully achieved their objectives, as evidenced by the Israeli military's confused responses regarding the strike on its Ministry of Defense. Initial statements failed to confirm the interception of the missile, followed by more contradictory claims suggesting "possible interception after several attempts," revealing clear desperation to mask their failure.

According to Israel's Maariv newspaper, military sources admitted the missile was "large and heavy," requiring multiple interceptor missiles, each costing over $4 million. Footage shared by settlers showed large fragments of interception missiles falling in areas such as Mevo Beitar and Tzur Hadassah, indicating the costly yet ineffective attempts to neutralize the Yemeni strike.

Operations caused disruptions at Ben Gurion International Airport twice, as passenger videos documented chaotic air traffic and panicked evacuations following the first missile attack on Monday night. Alarm sirens echoed across vast areas deep inside Israel, forcing millions of settlers into shelters twice in one night, reigniting fear, anxiety, and exhaustion from relentless Yemeni attacks.

The Israeli Red Star of David (Magen David Adom) reported at least 15 injuries, some resulting from panic and anxiety attacks.

Earlier, the Jerusalem Post noted Israel's disappointment that the joint aggression led by US, British, and Israeli forces against Yemen last Friday failed to halt Yemeni missile and drone attacks. The latest three strikes underscored Israel's inability to deter the Yemeni support front, exposing the inefficacy of its defense systems and the growing threat Yemen poses to the Israeli regime's security.

Additionally, the strikes coincided with widespread talks about a potential ceasefire agreement in Gaza, reinforcing Palestinian negotiators in this critical phase. Yemen's support aligns with the heroic resistance efforts in Gaza, exerting additional pressure on Israel during sensitive negotiations.

Yemen's actions highlight the expanding influence of its front in shaping the course of the conflict, reflecting the leadership's commitment to maximizing pressure on the enemy. This underscores Yemen's capability to play a pivotal role at critical moments despite significant challenges, further shocking an enemy already overwhelmed by the security, military, economic, and psychological impacts of Yemeni operations.

Hebrew media echoed this reality, focusing on Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e’s assertion that Yemeni operations "will not stop unless the aggression and siege on Gaza are lifted." This clear message underscores Yemen’s support for the Palestinian negotiators, boldly challenging Israeli attempts to neutralize Yemen and isolate Gaza.

This is not Yemen’s first demonstration of diplomatic solidarity with Palestinian negotiators. Previously, Sana’a announced that the fate of the seized Israeli vessel Galaxy Leader and its crew rested in the hands of the Palestinian resistance, reaffirming Yemen’s unwavering commitment to supporting Palestine on all fronts.
