Sayyed Abdulmalik: Barring Hajj Is Great Crime
News - Yemen: The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, congratulated the Yemeni people, the Armed Forces on the frontlines, and the Islamic nation on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha.
In a statement issued, Monday, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi said: “This blessed Eid has come this year in light of difficult circumstances, great challenges and major events that our nation suffers from,” noting that the circumstances require our nation to take serious actions to confront.
He added: "Eid al-Adha commemorates the historical memory of absolute submission to God and the complete credibility of faith in the story of complete readiness for sacrifice".
Sayyed Abdulmalik criticized the Saudi regime for preventing the Hajj pilgrimage from taking place for the second consecutive year.
“Barring the Hajj pilgrimage is a great crime that betrays the Al Saud regime’s role in targeting the global Muslim Nation,”
Sayyed expressed regret over the fact that Saudi Arabia’s measures had emptied the holy Muslim sites in the kingdom from pilgrims and worshipers, calling Riyadh’s obstructive efforts “open opposition to the letter of Holy Qur’an.”
“This action on the part of Al Saud amounts to an egregious violation of one of the principles of Hajj that God has defined as an Islamic and global imperative,” he said.
He added the kingdom was facing the annual pilgrimage with such complications at the same time that it was assisting its officials in the entertainment sector to hold celebrations and gatherings.
The measures reflected the “truth behind the Saudi establishment’s mindset,” Sayyed said, reasserting that the Saudi regime refused to treat either the holy sites or the international Muslim community with respect.
He, meanwhile, enumerated the kingdom’s ongoing aggression against Yemen as an instance of the crimes that it was committing in the service of the enemies of the Muslim world.
