The magazine asked whether Bin Zayed was doing all this honestly, and meant the changes in his practices, and said: “No one doubts that his recent steps, which he did not imagine a few months ago, surprise everyone, but given what he had previously dared, it is hard to believe. What he is doing now is more than delaying the maneuvers, and hoping that the winds will blow again in Washington."
