News - Yemen: Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem indicated on Thursday that what distinguishes the Yemeni people is their commitment to Islam and its roots, adding that the Saudi-led war aims at confiscating Yemen’s free will.

Addressing the Yemeni Scholars Conference held in Sanaa, Sheikh Qassem highlighted the importance of the Islamic unity reflected by the gathering.

For his part, Al-Aqsa Mosque Preacher Sheikh Ekrima Sabri warned against the normalization deals signed by some Arab regimes with the Israeli enemy, indicating that this would lead to further weakness in the Islamic Umma.
