Yemen: Yemen Hurricane campaign to mobilize and to be on high alert came to constitute a national necessity to confront the US-Saudi aggression against Yemeni people, which is now entering its eighth year. It aims at strengthening national steadfastness in the face of aggression and to supply the fighting fronts with men, money and weapons.

This national campaign, which will include all official, popular and elite levels, must be attended by all official and popular institutions. It is an important interaction to support the Army and Popular Committees to confront the aggression, strengthen the national alignment and support the stationed people on the fighting fronts.

The campaign, with its lofty goal of mobilizing society in all its categories to confront the aggression, confirms the importance of sensing national responsibility, uniting the national ranks, and strengthening the unity of the social fabric in the face of aggression and its tools.

Throughout the years of the war, the US-Saudi aggression did not succeed in achieving a military victory, despite its modern and advanced weapons and huge funds to buy and conclude arms deals and the positions of countries. Therefore, the countries of aggression resorted to the method of air, land and sea blockade with the aim of bringing the Yemeni people to their knees.

It is a method that falls under the category of crimes against humanity because it targets the entire population by depriving them of the means of life, such as preventing the entry of foodstuffs, medicines, energy materials and other necessities related to the livelihood and work of citizens.

A moral and ethical collapse is pervading the world now, who is standing idly by, and the entire people are besieged and condemned to death by preventing them from obtaining materials related to the continuity of life. Nothing faces all this except by mobilization, alertness and support for the Yemen Hurricane campaign to confront the aggression and its tools and strengthen national steadfastness.

In the middle of February, Yemeni President Mahdi Al-Mashat announced the launch of the 'Yemen Hurricane' campaign to mobilize the people to confront US-Saudi aggression.

He stressed the importance of popular steadfastness during this stage, and the need for the State institutions to play their role effectively in this campaign at all levels.

The President reiterated that the Yemeni people would respond to the escalation of crimes and stifling siege imposed by the aggressive countries by all available means.
