The report explained that the crisis in Yemen is one of the most serious, caused by protracted conflict, drought, and floods exacerbated by the climate crisis, COVID-19, and other diseases.

Meanwhile, the rapidly increasing needs of people around the world will also cause human resources to be deployed less.
It is estimated that 23.4 million people will need humanitarian assistance in 2022, 12.9 million of them are in dire need,19 million people are food insecure,17.8 million people lack access to safe water and adequate sanitation, including 12.6 million people in acute need.
It also estimated 21.9 million people lack access to basic health care, 4.3 million people have fled their homes since the start of the conflict, including approximately 3.3 million people who remain displaced and 1 million returnees.
