News - Yemen: National government in Yemen strongly denounced US President Joe Biden’s trip to the Middle East, considering that the visit comes in the context of the American project in the region, which aims to establish a regional order based on the hierarchy of the Zionist enemy entity.

The ministry also confirmed that the US is directly behind the suffering of the Yemeni people, and Biden is trying to pretend to be keen on spreading peace for the purpose of blackmailing Saudi Arabia.

It pointed out that Biden's policy has become scandalous and clear to everyone, as the whole world understands that this comprehensive aggressive war that Yemen is being exposed to is a US-led aggression. The US administration is the one who makes the decision, declaration, cover, supplying the Saudi-UAE regimes by weapons, experience and information.

It also explained that the brutality of the aggression and its criminal practices, including siege, starvation, killing and widespread destruction is for the US-Isareli interest.

The ministry said in the statement: Biden's talk about principles   and human rights has become provocative to the feelings of the Yemeni people, who do not touch any practical improvement in America's hostile policies.

For its turn, the Shura Council affirmed in a statement that this visit will bring nothing but woe to the peoples and countries of the region, igniting more wars and conflicts, perpetuating the suffering of the people.

The statement indicated that the visit will encourage the Saudi criminal regime to commit more crimes against the Yemeni people.

Saudi Arabia launched a devastating war on Yemen in March 2015 in collaboration with its Arab allies and with arms and logistics support from the US and other Western states. The objective was to reinstall the Riyadh-friendly regime.

While the Saudi-led coalition has failed to meet its objectives, the war has killed hundreds of thousands of Yemenis and spawned the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.
