News - Middle East: Political Bureau of Ansarullah condemned strongly condemned the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, and its perpetration of the crime of assassinating the great Mujahid in  Al-Quds Sword, the leader, Tayseer al-Jabari.

The Political Bureau said, "With great and proud, we extend our condolences to the Islamic Jihad Movement and Al-Quds Sword for the martyrdom of this leader."

It stressed the right of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian resistance to respond to the brutal Israeli aggression.

It called on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation to assume responsibility and support Palestine as a people and to resist Israeli arrogance.

Occupation Home Front Command alerted Israeli settlers who live in towns within an 80 km radius of the Gaza Strip, including Tel Aviv, that there is a risk of rocket fire, Israeli media reported.

Islamic Jihad Secretary General Ziad Nakhale ordered the resistance groups operatives to act in accordance with plans set to confront Israeli aggression, Palestinian media reported.

He voiced confidence that the Palestinian resistance will triumph against the Israeli enemy, stressing: “The battle is to be or not to be.”

For its part, Hamas resistance group stressed that all resistance groups in Gaza are united in the battle against the Israeli enemy, in a clear message of support to the Islamic Jihad against the occupation.

In remarks to Al-Manar, Hamas Spokesman Fawzi Barhoum stressed that the “Palestinian blood is a red line,” vowing that the Palestinian resistance will target Israeli soldiers and settler.

He clarified, meanwhile, that the Israeli enemy is the side who is to blame for the escalation, and that it “will pay the price.”

Tensions have been high for several days in Gaza and West Bank as occupation military raided Jenin camp on Tuesday, killed a Palestinian young man and arrest an Islamic Jihad commander Sheikh Bassam Al-Saadi along with his son-in-law Ashraf al-Jadaa.
