News - Yemen: The guards of the Ma'ashiq Palace of the forces of aggression and occupation attacked a protest of the "Mothers of Abductees" Association in the city of Aden.

"One of the mothers was physically assaulted during the protest by one of the guards of the Al-Ma'ashiq Palace, while the soldiers fired in the air to disperse the participants in the vigil, which sparked fear among the mothers," local sources said.

Two journalists were arrested for covering the protest, while another journalist was arrested, her camera was taken and her bag was searched.

The mothers of kidnapped had organized a sit-down to demand the release of 57 new disappeared in the prisons of the so-called "Transitional Council" backed by the UAE.

In a statement, the mothers helds  UAE mercenaries to be fully responsible for the lives and safety of the forcibly disappeared, calling on the so-called "Presidential Command Council" and the hotel government to work intensively to reveal the fate of their sons.

This incident comes in light of the continued kidnappings and arbitrary arrests of citizens and activists in Aden, and in all areas controlled by the invasion and occupation forces.

There is no limit to the chaos in the occupied areas, between the endless fighting and the low level of security. The assassinations emerge, sometimes within the policy of settling accounts between the warring parties, and at other times as part of personal motives among leaders seeking to monopolize positions and gains.

Assassinations in Aden and the occupied territories are repeated from time to time. It turns into a daily event when the conflict between the tools of aggression increases, or when they are asked to take the initiative to liquidate certain personalities. This reflects security concerns on the population, which has been suffering for years as a result of the accumulation of conflicts.
