Yemen: The US-Saudi-Emirati aggression continues to tamper with Yemeni people’s economy, seizing reserves from foreign loans and frozen balances that belong to Yemen abroad, withdrawing from private rights, continuing currency speculation and money laundering operations.

All that are carried out with international complicity and under the directives of the US and its allies to the International Monetary Fund.
 
US-Saudi aggression allow the pro-aggression government and its bank in Aden to withdraw from private rights, as this comes in parallel with the implementation of the strategy of the army, the popular committees, missile force and drones to protect sovereign wealth and stop the series of organized looting of Yemen's sovereign wealth of oil and gas.
 
In this regard, the researcher in economic affairs and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Dr. Yahya Ali Al-Saqqaf, wrote: The war, aggression, and the imposition of the US-Saudi economic blockade on Yemen for eight years is nothing but a justification and argument for America to control Yemen's strategic sites, destroy its national economy, and plunder its sovereign wealth from Oil and gas.
 
In an exclusive statement to Almasirah newspaper, Al-Saqqaf wondered about the role of the Security Council, international human rights organizations, and UN envoys regarding the crimes of the US and its allies in destroying Yemen's land and people and in looting and plundering the Yemeni people's money.
 
Regarding the principles and laws of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund Al-Saqqaf explained that the International Monetary Fund relies on taking illegal measures to facilitate the process of looting and theft declared with the branch of the Central Bank in Aden with an international cover and under the American cloak to allow the withdrawal of special rights in the amount of $ 300 million and facilitate the procedures for its seizure, which is a serious crime.
 
The decision of the International Monetary Fund in this regard is an explicit and clear violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations and all international laws and agreements related to the economic aspect that prevent the aggressor party from obtaining and controlling the external cash reserves of the attacked country and prevent withdrawals from the special rights that the International Monetary Fund has.
 
The pro-aggression government in the Bank of Aden uses these amounts to finance its aggression against Yemen, currency speculation, money laundering and financing terrorism, as well as financing the official’s accounts of banks of the countries of aggression abroad, and also uses them to establish companies in Turkey, Egypt and several other countries.
 
New American scenario
 
Regarding the consequences of allowing the pro-aggression government to withdraw from private rights, Al-Saqqaf affirms that this carries the Yemeni people with future financial burdens represented in the increase in the external public debt rate and its usurious benefits and the consequent destruction of the national economy, leading to an increase in unemployment and poverty.
 
Indicating that this invalid and illegal procedure in allowing the withdrawal of private rights comes within the scenario of the countries of aggression, led by America and its allies, in pressing the economic and humanitarian card to achieve political gains that it was unable to achieve in negotiations and on the military and security fronts. This is considered conclusive evidence that the economic war on our country is an American war par excellence.

This also comes in conjunction with the demand of the Supreme Political Council and the Salvation Government to pay the salaries of employees from Yemen’s wealth of oil and gas. It was supposed to direct an amount of 300 million dollars to cover the salaries of employees, which is enough to pay salaries for more than six months and not in financing the corruption and money laundering in the Central Bank branch in Aden.
 
Al-Saqqaf confirms that this is contrary to the alleged goals and tasks for which it was established. It is supposed that it was established for the stability of the global monetary system and granting loans to help developing countries to achieve economic development and develop programs and policies to solve the problem of the balance of payments of member states.
 
He explained that those wrong decisions lead to other disastrous results, represented by an increase in the interest rate received on public debt, a significant decrease in the gross domestic product, a significant decrease in the per capita income rate, and an increase in inflation rates in the prices of basic commodities and necessary services.
 
“There is no difference between printing counterfeit currency or the looting of foreign reserves from loans, as their catastrophic damage complements each other,” he added.
For his part, the economist, Dr. Ibrahim Mufaddal, confirmed that the World Bank is part of the comprehensive system of Zionist capitalist domination that is run by Jewish capital through many international organizations, foremost among them is the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, under the protection of the United Nations and the American military force.

He added: “Yemen is only one of the victims of that global domination that plunders oppressed peoples.”

Dr. Mufaddal explains in an exclusive statement to Al-Masirah newspaper that the global aggression against Yemen revealed everything that was covering the faults of those organizations, led by the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, stressing that they are far from impartiality and their false claims that they contribute to the development of countries and help them in facing economic crises.

“For example, the World Bank has issued multiple studies on Yemen on the importance of administrative and human development and activating the internal audit to combat corruption in order to make optimal use of the resources and loans it provides, but here it is directly contributing to corruption through providing 300 million dollars to a group of thieves who are unable to remain in Yemeni territory, and they were appointed by the Saudi ambassador as rulers over Yemen,” he said.

In the same regard, Mufaddal says: A foreign newspaper published a few days ago that the son of the Prime Minister of mercenaries is among the ten richest children in the world, and investment statistics in Turkey, Egypt and other countries published that many mercenaries appointed by the aggression come at the forefront of investors in those countries.

Previous reports of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund confirmed large corruption practices by mercenaries in the Central Bank of Aden such as money laundering, and with all that they are given additional money to increase corruption under the banner of supporting Yemen and the people of Yemen, and for this Dr. Mufaddal confirms that the World Bank has proven today that it is part of a gang that its mission is to legitimize banditry, corruption and criminality in the world.
