News – Yemen: A member of the Political Bureau of Ansarullah, Abdulwahhab Al-Mahbashi, confirmed that the American administration has taken the slogan of peace in Yemen as a way to continue the aggression against Yemen through continuous support for the forces of aggression.

 Al-Mahbashi said, in a statement to Almasirah, that America insists on continuing the aggression and siege by rejecting a draft resolution to stop Saudi Arabia's support for its aggression against Yemen.

He added that the US administration presented itself as a dove of peace in the past elections and that it wanted to stop the aggression, but today it has shown that it wants to continue the war and identifies with the crimes of Saudi Arabia.

He pointed out that the Biden administration is lying to the American people and the world, and today it stands in the way of any attempt to stop the aggression against Yemen.

He considered that there is no difference between the American administrations, as all of them are not keen on peace and human rights, but are terrorist administrations that attack other countries.

He also added by saying that the bets of the aggression coalition are all lost, and that the Yemeni people will not be broken in front of the siege and have been determined to bear the pain for the sake of their freedom.

Al-Mahbashi explained that American interests are legitimate targets for the Yemeni armed forces in the face of open American support for aggression and blockade.

"Yemens' Armed Forces are ready to face any escalation or operations in which the Americans may intervene directly, and during the past period our army has become more prepared and capable", he said.

A UN-brokered truce lasted for six months in the seven-year-old war waged by Saudi Arabia and its regional allies supported by US and western countries against Yemen.

The truce, however, expired amid the Saudi-led coalition’s constant violations of the agreement and its refusal to properly lift a siege that it has been enforcing against Yemen since the beginning of the war.

Although the US-Saudi aggression seeks to extend the truce, it with UN complicity, is still evading the implementation of humanitarian and legal entitlements, foremost of which is the paying employee salaries and entering fuel ships to the port of Hodeidah, which made Sana’a refuse to extend the temporary truce.

The head of the National Delegation Mohammed Abdulsalam censured the aggressor coalition for failing to renew the truce deal and deteriorating the humanitarian crisis in the country as a result of its intransigence and disavowal of measures that alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
