The protesters emphasized that the aim of the recruitment operations is to hit the social fabric in Al-Mahra.
The protesters also confirmed that they will thwart all plans aimed at destabilizing security and stability, pointing to how the people of Al-Mahrah thwarted previous attempts.
They renewed their demand for the exit of foreign forces from Al-Ghaydah International Airport and from the entire Al-Mahra governorate.
In April, Al-Mahra tribes renewed their demand for the exit of foreign forces from Al-Ghaydah airport, which they have used as a military base since the start of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression on Yemen eight years ago.
Al-Zuwaidi, head of Sihut and Al-Masila sit-in committee, explained that the occupation of Al-Ghaidha airport from the Saudi forces caused great suffering to the people of Wadi Al-Masila and delayed their relief.
He stressed the need for the occupation forces to leave Al-Ghaydah airport and restore work to it as a civilian airport that serves all the people of Al-Mahrah.
Sources have stated that the British forces arrived at the Al-Ghaydah Civil Airport, from which they, along with the American forces, took a military base on the Arabian Sea in eastern Yemen, since the beginning of 2018.
The sources confirmed that the continued influx of foreign forces into Al-Mahra comes as ambitions to control the oil and gas regions far from confrontations with the Sana'a forces.
The sources indicated that foreign forces carry out many hostile tasks, in flagrant violation of Yemeni sovereignty and all international agreements.
This is a result of the struggle for influence and control between the Saudi-US-Emirati occupation in the occupied southern governorates during the second quarter of 2022 by about 90 per cent compared to the first quarter.
