News - Yemen: Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi met with the representative of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Yemen, Ahmed Baraka.

He affirms Yemen's firm position on the side of Palestinian people against Israeli enemy، praising the important role of Islamic Jihad movement and Palestinian resistance movements during recent battle.

"The people of Yemen are ready to provide all kinds of support and assistance to the Palestinian people and the Palestinian resistance movements," he said.

Recently, the capital, Sana'a, Hodiedah, Al-Mahweet and several other governorates organized Sunday mass rallies in solidarity with the Palestinian people, denouncing the brutal crimes committed by the Zionist enemy, targeting residential neighborhoods in the Gaza Strip.

In his speech during the rally, the Grand Mufti of Yemen, Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, stressed that the Yemeni people and their leadership express solidarity with the free Palestinians, and that they will not abandon the Palestinian people or the sanctities of Muslims, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Sharaf al-Din affirmed the free Yemeni people’s permanent stance towards the nation's issues, foremost of which is Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif. "We affirm rejection of normalization with the usurper enemy," he added.

He urged the scholars of the Islamic nation to revive the spirit of jihad, and call for the unity of the nation to confront the enemies of Islam. He explained that it is not permissible to remain silent and turn a blind eye to everything that is happening to the nation, especially in Palestine and the resistance of the free people.

The participants in the rallies expressed condolences to the Palestinian people and all resistance movements for the martyrdom of the heroic leaders, their wives and children, by the terrorist attacks and the bombing of the Zionist enemy's planes, neighborhoods and citizens' homes.

The crowd renewed the steadfast position of the Yemeni people in support for the resistance in deterring the arrogance of the Zionist enemy, and responding to the continuation of its crimes against women and children.

They denounced the complicity of the international community and the puppet Arab regimes and their shameful silence regarding the crimes and brutal massacres that the Palestinian people are subjected to by the usurping Zionist enemy.

The masses blessed the heroic retaliatory operations and missile strikes carried out by the Palestinian resistance, in response to the crimes committed by the Zionist enemy. They also praised the steadfastness, sacrifices and struggle of the Palestinian people and the unification of the response of the resistance factions to deter the enemy's arrogance.
