News - Yemen: The Governor of Al-Mahra, Al-Qatabi Ali Al-Farji, confirmed that the US, British, Emirati, and Saudi efforts and ambitions have become exposed, especially after the presence of military forces in the ports of Qishn and Nishtun and the Shihn port, trying to control the two ports.

Governor Al-Farji considered the US-British presence in the territorial waters of Yemen and the southern governorates a hostile act that would have disastrous effects on the region and the security and safety of maritime navigation.

Governor Al-Farji said: “Al-Mahra will be a rock on which all UAE and Saudi Arabia chaos projects and foreign ambitions will crash.”

Governor Al-Farji explained that the US-Saudi-UAE occupation offered financial bribes in an attempt to find supporters in the governorate, stressing that all the attempts will fail and the people of Mahra will prove their loyalty to their country.

He pointed out that the alleged Saudi projects that the US-Saudi aggression promised with are nothing but a means to pass an occupation agenda in Al-Mahra.

Governor Al-Farji denounced the violations committed by the US-Saudi mercenaries affiliated with the Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition, including the series of assassinations and kidnapping in the southern and eastern occupied governorates. He also praised the role of the people of Al-Mahra, who face the plans and conspiracies of the occupier.

Governor Al-Farji called on the people of the southern and eastern governorates to confront the US, British, Saudi and Emirati presence, calling on everyone, especially the people of Mahra, to move quickly to face the invasion and occupation.

The Governor of Al-Mahra also stressed that the defeat of the occupier will be at the hands of all the free Yemeni people who provided a model of legendary steadfastness, along with the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in the face of the most brutal aggression.

The United States continues its escalatory steps in the region, which reinforce efforts to obstruct peace in Yemen. In early August, it announced the arrival of additional forces to the Red Sea, which represents a direct threat to the territorial waters, islands and Yemeni governorates, especially in light of the declared American insistence on continuing the aggression and blockade.

The US Fifth Fleet said in a statement that "more than 3,000 Marines and sailors arrived in the Middle East," noting that "amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 50) and dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) entered the Red Sea."
