News - Yemen: The Eye of Humanity Center for Rights and Development has strongly denounced the Saudi army's actions, targeting African migrants in the Al-Sheikh area of the Munabbih border district in Sa'adah Governorate.

In a statement, the Eye of Humanity Center decried the ongoing heinous crimes perpetrated by the Saudi army within the border regions.

The statement explained that the Saudi army's artillery targeted a group of migrants while they were in the Al-Sheikh area of Munabbih District, resulting in injuries to four African migrants.

It highlighted that the Saudi army continues to employ artillery shelling against the villages and farms inhabited by civilian citizens in the border areas of Sa'adah Governorate. Furthermore, it routinely target travelers on public roads in these regions.

This alarming situation is part of the daily atrocities, attacks, and violations carried out by the US-Saudi aggression and its mercenaries against the Yemeni people across various Yemeni governorates.

On Tuesday, Anis Al-Asbahi, spokesperson for the Yemeni Ministry of Health, confirmed that since the commencement of the truce, 2,328 Yemeni citizens have tragically fallen victim to Saudi bombings in the border areas of Sa'adah.

Al-Asbahi stated, "The Saudi bombings in Sa'adah's border areas have claimed the lives of 307 Yemeni citizens and left 2,021 others injured." He also stressed that among the victims of the direct bombings by the US-Saudi aggression are innocent children and women.

Al-Asbahi clarified that the casualty count does not include African migrants, as hundreds of migrants have tragically lost their lives due to direct bombings by Saudi border guards in the northern Yemeni governorate of Sa'adah.
