Yemen's Deputy Chief of General Staff: No Effort Spared in Supporting the Palestinian People

News - Yemen: Commenting on the Yemeni Armed Forces' control of an Israeli ship, Major General Ali Al-Mushki, Deputy Chief of General Staff, said: "We have long awaited this moment to retaliate against the enemy and those who support it. We are committed to supporting the Palestinian people and will spare no effort in doing so."

In a statement to Almasirah, Major General Al-Mushki further expressed, "As long as the Zionist enemy continues its crimes and the killing of innocent Palestinians, we will stand firmly against them. We will engage targets within the occupied territories and beyond to the best of our capabilities. The position of Yemen is clear and unwavering, and we will not deviate from it until the Israeli aggression ceases."

Emphasizing that Israeli ships are legitimate targets anywhere, Al-Mushki reiterated previous warnings and affirmed the readiness to execute such actions.

Navy and Coastal Defense Warn Against Any Foreign Intervention in Yemen's Regional Waters

Rear Admiral Mohamed Al-Qaderi, Commander of the Coastal Defense Brigade, assured the Yemeni people of their preparedness for any combat missions. He stated to Almasirah, "We are fully equipped and ready to respond to any developments. Our naval and coastal defense forces have witnessed significant improvements, and we maintain a wide-ranging deployment along the western coast."

Al-Qaderi confirmed the possession of suitable weapons, missiles, and ammunition to effectively address any situation, enabling precise strikes at any chosen time and location.

He reiterated the warning of the Navy and Coastal Defense forces against foreign intervention in Yemen's regional waters and islands, emphasizing that any such intervention would be met with an appropriate response, as they consider such interventions as legitimate targets.

On Sunday, Yemeni Armed Forces announced the seizure of the Israeli ship in the Red Sea, in accordance with Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi's directives, responding to the Yemeni people's demands and in solidarity with oppressed Palestinians facing a harsh blockade and continuous Israeli assaults.

The statement clarified that the Yemeni Naval Forces guided the ship to the Yemeni coast, adhering to Islamic teachings in handling the crew.

Earlier, a warning was issued by the Armed Forces to Israeli-affiliated ships, designating them as legitimate targets, urging nations with citizens working in the Red Sea to avoid involvement with such vessels.

The Yemeni military operations against Israel are set to continue until Gaza's aggression ceases, citing the Zionist entity as the primary threat to regional stability and international waterways.

The Yemeni Armed Forces stressed that their actions solely target Israeli-associated vessels, reinforcing the call for global intervention to halt Israeli aggression in Gaza.

Israeli media reported the ship's ownership by Israeli businessman Rami Ungar, linked closely to Mossad. They expressed grave concern over the Yemeni-led seizure, viewing it as a direct challenge to Israel's interests and trade.
