News - Yemen: Director of the Union Center for Research and Development, Hadi Qubaisi, affirmed that the US fears the demonstrations in Al-Sabeen Square, where Yemenis rally in support of Gaza, more than it fears rocket attacks.

During an interview with Al-Masirah on Sunday, Qubaisi elaborated that the substantial Yemeni demonstrations serve as a deterrent message to the US and symbolize active participation in genuine Jihad.

"When the US witnesses the widespread popular support behind political decisions, it reevaluates its assessments, acknowledging a resolute willingness and readiness for sacrifice to free Yemen and the region from American dominance," he remarked.

The expert in US policies in the Middle East added that there's a broader and more significant aspect than just expelling the US and overcoming American hegemony in Yemen and the region—a need to craft a vision related to Palestine and the broader region.

"When confronting Americans in Yemen, Iraq, and eastern Syria, we're addressing the direct military dominance in this region, making the war geographically and strategically interconnected," he asserted.

Qubaisi highlighted that Yemen's role extends beyond the Red Sea or the southwestern Gulf region; it's evolving into a mature confrontation across the entire area over time.

He pointed out that American hegemony and unipolarity began to decline post their involvement in Iraq in 2003, acknowledged by American historians and analysts.

Furthermore, the depletion of American power aims to challenge the essence of American dominance and the economic capabilities of these armies. The Iraq crisis in 2008 significantly impacted the US economy, and its repercussions endure to this day.

He emphasized that if America engages in a comprehensive regional war, it will face a moment of decline and a loss of its global standing, warning that the war will cost America trillions of dollars.

Qubaisi concluded by emphasizing the high cost of the American war, encompassing ammunition, capabilities, and the toll on soldiers. He stressed that the war targets America's economy, capabilities, and future dominance and intervention.

In a statement on Thursday, the Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi highlighted the US-Zionist alliance's treacherous attack on Yemeni naval personnel. He vowed that this attack will not go unpunished, calling for a million-person march honoring the martyrs' blood.

Millions responded to Sayyed Abdulmalik's call, gathering in various governorates to declare Yemen's unwavering stance alongside the Palestinian cause. They condemned US escalation in the Red Sea and vowed support for Palestine's liberation until the blockade ends.

The Yemeni people mourned the martyrs, lauding the heroic naval, military, and Rocketry forces' operations against the Zionist-US enemy and their allies, vowing to prevent Israeli ships' passage.
