News - Yemen: The Political Bureau of Ansarullah, Friday, held the US and Britain fully responsible for the consequences and effects resulting from their aggression on Yemen, affirming that their aggression will not go “unanswered or unpunished”.

The Political Bureau of Ansarullah stated in a statement that the American-British aggression on Yemen comes in response to Yemen's supportive stance towards the Palestinian people in the face of Israeli aggression on Gaza. “It is an extension of the criminal aggression on Gaza that is sponsored, supported, and protected by America and Britain,” it confirmed.

The statement indicated that this aggression against the Yemeni people has no justification and came as a response to Israeli orders aimed at preventing Yemen from supporting the Palestinian people.

The statement also affirmed that this aggression represents a blatant violation of the country's sovereignty, a disregard for international laws and norms, and it will not achieve any result for the enemy and will not be able to dissuade the Yemeni people from continuing their support and solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The statement praised the positions of countries, parties, and movements that rejected the American-British aggression on the Yemeni people, confirming the continued and steadfast stance of the Yemeni people in their support and solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of American-Israeli aggression.

The US and UK launched a series of aerial and navy strikes against Yemen in response to the repeated attacks that Yemen conducted on Israeli-bounded ships in the Red Sea. The aggression was conducted with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands.

This aggression came after Yemen had vowed that it would launch strikes on Israeli territory and would not allow ships associated with Israel to pass through the waters of the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait until the Israeli aggression against the Palestinians stopped.

Gaza's Health Ministry said nearly 23,357 people, mostly women and children, had been killed in the war that the regime started following an operation staged by the Palestinian territory's resistance movements.
