News - Yemen: Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on maritime shipping companies navigating the Red Sea to continue their operations as usual, excluding routes leading to occupied Palestinian ports.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry clarified that Yemeni Naval Forces exclusively target vessels owned by the Israeli enemy or destined for occupied Palestinian ports. These military operations are directly linked to ending aggression and facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid, food, medical supplies, and fuel into the Gaza Strip.

Additionally, the Ministry emphasized that the recent US-British aggression against Yemen will not alter Sana'a's unwavering stance, reflecting the aspirations of the Yemeni people and all freedom-loving individuals globally.

Since the commencement of the Israeli regime's relentless military campaign against Gaza in early October, the Yemenis have openly declared their support for Palestine's struggle against the Israeli occupation. The Armed Forces have conducted recent attacks on ships with ties to Israel near Yemeni ports, including the interception and seizure of a vessel associated with the Tel Aviv regime on November 19.

The ongoing Israeli siege has inflicted heavy casualties on Palestinians in Gaza, who have been enduring the war since October 7.

Gaza's Health Ministry said over 24,280 people, mostly women and children, had been killed in the war that the regime started following an operation staged by the Palestinian territory's resistance movements.
