Yemen: Since the beginning of the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea four months ago, and the blockade of navigation associated with the Zionist entity in support of the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza, the Yemeni army, in its operations, has been keen on the safety of the targeted ship crews.

Between seizing the Zionist ship "Leader Galaxy" on November 19th, and sinking the British ship "Rubymar" on February 19th, not a single injury has been recorded for any of the crews of more than thirty targeted ships. This reflects the moral aspect of Yemen in its battle, aiming to lift the blockade and stop the genocidal war committed by the Zionist enemy with lethal American weapons, comparable to four nuclear bombs like those dropped by Washington on the Japanese city of Hiroshima.

Observers and military experts noted in the statement issued by the Armed Forces yesterday, announcing the targeting of the "RUBYMAR" ship and their insistence on allowing the ship's crew to leave during the operation before resuming missile strikes that led to the ship's sinking in the Gulf of Aden. They emphasized that this is a moral victory for Yemen in confronting the West led by America, which claims to protect human rights, women, and children but practices the opposite on the ground.

In an interview with Al-Masirah channel, Lebanese military expert Brigadier General Omar Maarbouni focused on an important issue mentioned in the statement, which is the Yemeni Armed Forces' concern for the safety of the ship's crew. He confirmed that this, in one way or another, affirms the moral dimension in this confrontation, emphasizing that the goal is not killing but rather pressuring to stop the savage war against people in Gaza.

Palestinian writer and thinker Adnan Al-Sabah, on his part, emphasized that "the most important message in the operation against the British ship is that Yemen was keen on the safety of the ship's crew and allowed them to leave." He considered this message very important, as in the current situation where the enemy forces, supported by US weapons, commit killing, destruction, and attacks on hospitals in Gaza, the Yemenis still care about the safety of the ship's crew and allow them to leave.

Adnan Al-Sabah added, "This is the difference between those who fight for the right in Palestine, Yemen, and Lebanon, and those who attack this right." He further stated that the ethics and humanitarian values expressed by Brigadier General Yahya Saree about ensuring the safety of the ship's crew reflect the resistance's values and the values of Islamic nation.

In the same context, Yemeni military expert Brigadier General Abdulghani Al-Zubaidi said, "I emphasize an important issue. Notice that in this aspect, we are dealing with a military aspect, a human aspect, and ethical values regarding targeting the ship." 

He explained that the decision made by Yemen to prevent the passage of sailing ships to the enemy entity, and the ban on maritime navigation serving this entity, is implemented in two steps. First, giving a warning to implement the decision. If the party concerned with the decision complies with the warning, the decision has been executed, and navigation is prevented. If the warned party insists on challenging the decision, then confrontation occurs.

Al-Zubaidi highlighted the compliance of the Yemeni Armed Forces with the rules of conflict, providing security and safety for the targeted ship. They do not attack ships just because they violated previous warnings but precede that with a warning and then fire.

Observers believe that ethics and humanitarian values are not just slogans but principles and practices proven by actions, while America raises titles of freedom, human rights, and women's rights. Still, the exposure of the falsehood of its claims shows that it helps the Zionist entity and supplies it with weapons and political cover to continue committing a genocidal war and lies about civilian casualties, exceeding a hundred thousand martyrs and wounded, most of them women and children. They boldly claim that not a single civilian has fallen in this war.
